Hey everyone I'm an Artist that loves music and I'm no longer a BABY ALPHAZ! Or so I've been told lol I question if we go by wolf age classifications around here? We finally made it to XG Documentary Series 'XTRA XTRA' EP X∞ for the BABY ALPHAZ REACTS series! I cannot believe I've made it through to the end of the series! Thank you so much to everyone that has accompanied me week by week on this journey. It's made getting to know the ladies of XG so much more enjoyable and special for me! This episode was so wholesome and much needed after last week lol I am open to any and all XG recommendations on what you'd like to watch together next so let me know in the comments below and as always thank you for watching! fun fact to balance out the crying (lol) japanese viewers apparently found the original audition tapes of chisa and juria to be hilarious because of how hard their accents were at the time. they apparently still have accents, but they sound much more like people from tokyo (which is more-so the "main" accent of japan; this is how you learn to speak if you're taught japanese) now compared to back then when they very much spoke in the osaka dialect. the dialect sometimes adds extra letters, or changes the last letter of a word so they pronounce things with an "eh" or "ou" sound at the end; there's more to it but yea. There is Xtra XG and XG Days; Xtra is behind the scenes of their work (shows, dance practices) which shows how they do everything music related+their downtime in between, while Days is strictly downtime related (birthday parties, vacations, activities in the country they performed in); both very much show you their personalities. Watching both is worth it, especially because some are connected (so an Xtra video might show you the preparation for a show in a location, while Days will show you the things they did after the show in that same place). the dance practices on their own might be fun if youre interested in that sort of thing/why people say theyre a dance crew that happens to know how to rap and sing. hope you enjoyed the journey izzy. thanks for all these videos. loved hearing your commentary. whatever you do, ill support 👏

Awww wait i wanna see their audition tapes! I bet they're so cute🥲 That's really useful information if I ever try to pick up learning Japanese again Lol I can't yet tell the difference between the region accents, but I'm sure I'll catch in soon. Thank you for the recommendations! It's good to know some are connected, might be worth watching some of those together🤔 Overall I still haven't made up my mind cuz there's so much good stuff to watch lol but thank you so much for watching with me! It was an emotional roller coaster, but I loved it💕

They were giving their creative ideas on their concept. Believe it or not especially when New DNA came out, lots of artwork from the girls were included in the MV. Like the symbolic eye focus, alien etc.

As a producer, Simon has invested so much of himself into XG. No other producer has this much control, so much need to have XG be his vision. When you see KPOP and the absolute cruelty, the ineptitude, the horrible conditions that so many groups have to endure to feed the KPOP music industry. The Idols /groups are disposable. So many groups just disappear if their debut doesn't take off. Simon knew what an obstacle trying to debut an all Japanese group, singing in English, not promoting in Japan, not making Korean versions of their songs was going to be. Move #1 and 2, Peaches, Chill Bill, Move individual dances and finally Tippy Toes. It raised eyebrows but didn't move the needle. Any other label would have told Simon, give it up. Not going to be a success. Look at other KPOP groups and see the sheer number of members taking hiatus for stress, stage fright, for health(mental)...so far not one case of those type of issues affecting XG. No other group surprises me the way XG does. Built different should be their motto.

Haha say it louder for the people in the back!!! Honestly, the care and dedication Simon has given XG, his refusal to compromise and settle, plus the fire each XG member carries inside them really sets them apart. Built different is right😤

We suggest for u to deep dive onto their vox/tapes/move (if you haven't yet). Then do three meals a day and X or Go 😂.

Simon “Jakops” is definitely to be applauded because of his Xtraordinary Vision and ambitious goals for these young ladies who he raised musically and physically. He’s oversight and leadership is Admirable. This Documentary Series definitely solidified my love and respect for each member. They are so talented and dynamic in their own individual way. Thank you dear Alphaz for reviewing the full Documentary Series. I love it so much. 🐺♾️🐺

really enjoyed watching these! hoping they get to go to coachella next year to check that off their bucket list! For their content Xtra XG is kinda like a behind the scenes deal, XG Days is more vlog, chill type. They have 2 shows on M2 called 3 Meals A Day and X-Or-Go(these should prolly be on patreon since they get copyrighted I believe) They've also got covers on their RU-vid too (VOX = vocal/singing, Tape = rap, MOVE = dance)

Wow they have so much to choose from...I haven't seen any of their content aside from this so I'm really looking forward to it. I'm hoping to get a patreon launched soon so that the copyright won't be an issue for some things since I know certain networks are tough about that stuff. yes there is XtraXG and XG Days. both great. really enjoyed watching this with you. this series does really bring you into their world or experience and for me i did feel so much more of a bond with them that i can't imagine not being an Alphaz. XG for life!!!

Hi Izzy! Thanks so much for completing this journey, I did watch your episode 7 viewing as well but that one really destroys me, it's like a continuation of the heartbreak from 6, which is why episode 8 is arguably my favorite of the entire series because it brings everything together in a heartfelt and positive way. The zoom call gets me every time, and I could see you at times trying to keep it together lol, it's ok we're all quietly affected the same way. You also said it right, in that all the music and content you watch moving forward will feel different and closer as if you were watching dear friends/family. The piano timing is crazy lol. You did miss one detail of this episode 8, at the very end they say "to be continued..." Ok, I highly advise asap, please react to the XG Move (dance), XG Tape (rap), and XG VOX (vocal) releases. For Move, it's 1-4, with 2 having a separate video for each member. Tape is 1-3 (but may change this week!), and VOX is 1-5. All worth a listen!!! Thanks again for taking this journey and looking forward to more reaction videos!

The entire thing was such a roller-coaster of emotions, but it was so worth it! You're right! Episode 7 was so rough for me so I was relieved they wrapped it up so nicely for the last episode. Haha I'm not very subtle in my feelings so trying to keep it together was a struggle at then end cuz everything was so touching🤧 They really do feel so different to me now in the best way, and I DID MISS IT👀 Thank you for the recommendations! I've enjoyed each ep, you're super attentive and always gave thoughtful and genuine comments😊 their tapes/moves/xypher/vox content etc and dance practices are must-reacts for sure😁 for something more episodic like Xtra Xtra, I would LOOOVE to see u react to their 3 Meals a Day and X or GO shows!! Both super fun, lighthearted, goofy. With their Xtra XG and XG days stuff, there's a treasure trove of content to go through (almost overwhelmingly lol) since they drop new ones consistently. they're nice to watch on your own time, but if you choose to make reaction vids to them, i'll be watching along too ofc💪 especially XG Days, which is more casual vlog-style content where you get to see what the girls are like on their downtime, when they're not "working" or on "idol mode" type of thing😊 thanks again!!

11:45 Yes..mostly in Asia have 'believe culture' if you enter or move to new place/home you have to make some 'ritual' like praying or something similar to prevent bad things. Simon-san know every XG member character and these girl now already become one of top tier global girl group artist and they're keep low profile not to be like glamour artist that's one of what Simon education to all member when still trainees.

Thank you for sharing your Xtra Xtra journey with us. I truly believe that watching this doc is a transformative experience for any XG fan; once you've watched it, you'll never give up on XG. And only through watching it can one understand how important Simon and his vision is to the members. Watching Dance #1 and #3 is absolutely recommended. It's usually after watching these that reactors start referring to XG as ''a dance crew that can rap and sing''!

A smaller control room is much more controllable in terms of audio quality. Simon is an INTENSE dude. I don’t see a lot of hugs in his day to day.

Thank you for this journey. It was so wonderful to see this (again) through your eyes. Seeing the glimpse of their hardships, their pain, the heartbreak, the anxiety, their emotions throughout this journey is such a blessing and a privilege. There's something about the transparency and the honesty of it that I feel really strengthens the bond between XG and Alphaz💖 These girls deserve everything they strive for and more. Remarkably, Japan stands as the sole country to honor them with two prestigious awards. Undoubtedly, their affiliation with AVEX and their representation of Japan play significant roles in this recognition. 🇯🇵🇯🇵🐺
