Choosing this as your introduction to XG is quite interesting and different but I'm here for it. I love XG Dance Practices. They are always so clean and satisfying to watch.
@@SidFarMore I would advice you to be a bit more open-mind about the difference in culture. Because in Asia especially South Korea, if a person trying to be successful artist in Asia especially South Korea, it doesn't matter whether that person is popular on TikTok or not, if he can't dance live while singing or rapping live, that person's music career ended before it even start. In Asia especially South Korea, dancing is equally important as singing and rapping. It is literally a requirement to become a K-Pop artist. This is one of XG's dance practice video showing their dance choreography for people who want to see their dance choreography clearly without any video editing. They also have another type of dance choreography video that they call XG Move where they do dance choreography to other artists' songs and each of them did it in different styles of dancing. I recommend you to check out their drill rap song, HESONOO & X-GENE Performance video. They use contemporary style dance with blind-fold meaning that their synchronization have to be absolutely on point especially when they are doing it live during their World Tour. 😃

I don't know which song but probably Left&Right, there is a part in the dance where Juria and Jurin switch places. It is incredible. Like they jump immediately and a millisecond later they are in different locations. These girls are great.
They do seem pretty talented ngl.. think I'll do the dance video for left right then some music videos probably starting with the shooting star and left right ones but I'm taking suggestions ✌️
@@SidFarMore you can start from the start,their debut MV and see their improvement over time. besides their music videos, they have TAPE videos for rap, VOX videos for vocals and MOVE videos for dance. I think these are must-watch.

Don’t expect there music to sound alike 5:01 . There is an amazing variety, plus rap “Tapes”, “Vox “ vocal videos , and short dance pieces “Mov” videos
2:25 it's like watching myself "dancing" to shooting star haha Anyway, all their songs are in English. If you have the time, I'd recommend checking out their latest release "Woke Up" which is completely different from "Shooting Star," just to give you a glimpse of their versatility as a group. and, as someone else mentioned in the comments, "Left Right."(my personal favorite).
U find this fun, check out the dance practice for Left Right, New Dance and Grl Gvng. It's as if they're just hanging out and do this all the time on a whim.
A dance practice in the kpop sense, xg is not kpop but they are kpop inspired, is not for tiktoks or anything like that. You could use it for tiktok challenges but that's not its original purpose, it's to show you the choreography in full without the editing and scenes from mvs or all the crazy, and borderline ridiculous, camerawork during live shows. They also aren't really "practice" as this is the final version of the choreography.
