Maya's rap was personally was the one for me. Even knowing she is rapping in 3 different languages, I appreciate the fact that her enunciation was on point for each language and it didn't sound like she was slurring/mumbling through her words. Besides that, she genuinely looks comfortable and in her element the entire time. Her smiles killed me!
JID gave a shoutout to Coconas verse! To throw down on Sound Surround and Dreamville is difficult. These girls have cadence, double entendres, syllables rhythm schemes. These girls are extremely talented. XG is in a different league!
Jurin & Maya’s are also my favorite verses. I know Cocona’s was the one everyone talked about and rightfully so but I think I like her flow and just overall presence when rapping more than the actual verse. Harvey’s verse is unique bc she showcased her singing along with her rap. So overall I think they all did amazing and really made a statement with their talent!
Harvey definitely goes a harder in XG tape 1. It’s pre-debut content and not the same kind of quality compared to this one but it’s still iconic. Jurin goes off in that one too but again, very different from this one (the versatility 🤯)

The lyric was wrong on Jurin's it should be Umami pack a punch. Umami is a Japanese word for the essence of deliciousness. Remember how her verses started "Jurin got the fire flame flavor"... like she is a michellin Chef cooking up the her verse.

What's throwing you off is they're all using east coast cadences flawlessly through three different languages without losing the tempo nor the cadence. This is impossible to do. I'm an American Korean and I'm fluent in English, Spanish and Korean. Trust me...this is impossible to do fluidly. I'm old school and I'm hypercritical of my rap and these ladies...very very impressed. Just one thing...that coffin Jurin brought...who's career is Jurin about to bury? 😆
Definitely go check out their tape #1 of Jurin and Harvey covering Chill Bill. That'll give you a proper sense for Harvey's true rap talent, even her part in this cypher isn't as impressive as her half of that. Jurin, well, you already know how dope she is. Lol
