Prof Tsang's solution is food for thought , that if Europe, USA, Japan make it clear to China that an invasion would be met with severe economic trouble for China they might hold back, I hope he is right . The world is a very dark place at present . Great interview .

It is meaningless until the rest of the world starts producing again. But we won't be allowed to by our own EPA's and environmentalism to chase Annette Zero ;) haha. But seriously, unless we can make ourselves competitive in the production sector, we cannot out economy China on mass production. But then maybe that's the answer. Build things to last. Tools for example used to be intergenerational. Now it is binned once a year when it breaks.

Wow! This "You have been consulted: and this is our policy based on consulting you" is exactly the method used by British Globalists to enforce their ludicrous "climate emergency" policies, such as ULEZ and 'low traffic zones'. I have heard local Councils use exactly this type of language (on RU-vid clips of Council Meetings) to practise tyranny at the local level. So Globalism and Communism are bed-fellows, after all. How have they "copnsulted"? Did they send leaflets around explaining the 'pros' and 'cons', before a Referendum (which they then ignore!)? They do not consult: but they tell us we have been consulted. Another version of gaslighting.

Mao's comments re Taiwan in a 1936 interview: EDGAR SNOW: Is it the immediate task of the Chinese people to regain all the territories lost to Japan, or only to drive Japan from North China, and all Chinese territory above the Great Wall? MAO: It is the immediate task of China to regain all our lost territories, not merely to defend our sovereignty below the Great Wall. This means that Manchuria must be regained. We do not, however, include Korea, formerly a Chinese colony, but when we have re-established the independence of the lost territories of China, and if the Koreans wish to break away from the chains of Japanese imperialism, we will extend them our enthusiastic help in their struggle for independence. The same thing applies to Formosa. Source: Marxists Internet Archive

I’m weary of the issue of Taiwan. Even the Taiwanese people are confused whether they’re a country or not, what flag and national anthem should they use. They, themselves have yet come to a consensus. You can’t tell everyone to believe something that even yourself don’t believe so. And most importantly, it’s not our affair! Australia has nothing to do with it, leave it to the trilaterals, we should stay away from it. Taiwan, fix your problems of identity politics, stagnant economy and other domestic issues before whining for help.
@simonvanrysewyk9376

False. I lived in Taiwan for nearly a decade. The majority of Taiwanese are very clear on Taiwan's status: it is a free, independent, sovereign nation that has never been part of Communist China.

@@simonvanrysewyk9376 How would you make a case for 1992 Consensus then? Is Taiwan equalled to Republic of China, the name hated by a large proportion of Taiwanese people? In my opinion, Taiwan hasn’t clarified their position transparently.
@fredleung616
@fredleung616 17 дней назад
@@Marvellous328 The 1992 Consensus was a deal done by the then-ruling authoritarian Chinese Nationalist Party which had yet to give up its power from the Chiang Kai-shek days. This is why the current government under the Democratic Progressive Party rejects the Consensus. The opposition continues to accept the Consensus, though they aren't loud about it and when brought up certainly don't define it the way the Chinese do. As to Taiwan's state symbols, in a perfect world the first DPP government would have done away with them a long time ago (probably during the first term of President Chen Shui-bian), but the fact China makes it clear that doing so would be considered an act of war is sufficient to deter the DPP.

There are no internationally recognized treaties, policies, agreements or UN resolutions that declare that Taiwan is part of China The only way that Taiwan can become part of China is if a treaty is officially written, agreed upon and signed by both countries.

When you read about pure Marxism... its wild to see how different it is, and many instances the complete opposite of what China is. Yes, I know, this is explained as "Socialism with Chinese characteristics" but if its so far (and in many cases opposite) from the actual characteristics of socialism - how can it even bear that name at all?
@krystalklear7793

If it's not Marxism, what do you suggest it is? I see it as a meld of Communism, Capitalism, Marxism, & whatever works to maintain control. IMO* the CCP is the Right Arm (Army) of WEF¹. They¹ funded Mao in his last few years, & 'educated' Xi, (I discovered this a decade ago, & found that a lot of the info has disappeared from Google servers, & others since.) & I believe they¹ maintain their¹ control through their¹ banks & Corporations (BlackRock¹, IMF¹, VanGuard¹, & CIA, FBI, MIC, NATO, UN¹, WHO¹, etc.) ALL of which they control through the banks & hedge funds. *In My Observation ¹ They¹ have infiltrated & usurped power pretty much EVERYWHERE, as was in evidence throughout CV-19 Lockdowns.. As I see it, they¹re VERY MUCH in control world-wide. ¹WEF was in place LONG before it was named WEF. They¹re a Rothschild entity supported by Bushes, Clintons, Gates, Kissinger, & MANY others for the last Century or more. They've further implemented their¹ control through the Democratic party in USA recently, via funding to the Education depts, Judicial / Magistrates, Politicians, Health Depts, Hospitals, Medical Profession, Universities, etc.. as they have done throughout the world, & I suggest EXTRA attention, control & effort has been applied to 'owning' & controlling the Commonwealth countries - Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK, USA. I suggest Charlie handed us over to WEF¹ control. He's certainly one of them¹. & I suggest the Russia / Ukraine war is a means to 'launder' $Billions of US$s into WEF coffers, since the CV-19 💉💉 bank roll dried up. What do you think?

@@biggpicture2930 Well I don't want to type a big essay, but the ultimate goal was: A classless, stateless society where the means of production are communally owned, and wealth is distributed according to need. The state will "wither away" as class distinctions disappear. *I see no intention of the state to ever "wither away" and in fact quite the opposite - its growing in its control over the economy, politics, and society *Wealth is highly concentrated within a small group of the population, with the majority not having a lot compared to the ones that do...and definitely not distributed according to need. *I think class disparities are huge *I don't see communal ownership at all, in fact the economy is significantly capitalist So yeah, it just seems to be going in the opposite direction of the goal of actual Marxism to the point its unrecognizable

 @valetudo1569 Posting by @floras9203 1 hour ago Canada is also in trouble with poverty. Homeless people are springing up everywhere. Sadly. @tjitjo 31 minutes ago (edited) I'm sorry but I'm going to have to say a nasty word... socialism. Brrr, I know. But poverty is the end result of capitalism without enough socialistic/collective-oriented principles to counter it. Wealth pools. You will have one class who owns everything, and another of poor workers. No in-between. You will have feudalism. Or oligarchy, as we call it nowadays. @comingviking 25 minutes ago @tjitjo It is funny how the world seems to revert back to feudalism at every turn. Socialism seems to be the only way out.
