Xiao Lab Tour - University of Washington 

Leo Zasada is a University of Washington (UW) doctoral student in chemistry and a UW Clean Energy Institute Graduate Fellow. He is a member of assistant professor Dianne Xiao's research group, which researches porous crystalline materials across multiple length scales, from the molecular to the macroscale. In this video, Leo and fellow Xiao Group members Austin Kamin and Kathleen Snook highlight the equipment and techniques they use to develop new materials for applications like water filtration, battery and hydrogen fuel storage, and advanced solar cells.
