It is so convenient! ❤Shopping lists, little memos, writing things on screen, signing documents, etc... The pen was the main reason I chose the Samsung over the xiaomi 13 ultra. The Dex on the other hand, I never managed to get used to that 😅

I've been watching this guy for years now, he is the most realistic, fun, down to earth reviewer on RU-vid, I just love his Snyder cut of any phone review.

About the Bluetooth S-Pen, I use this quite frequently. My most favourite thing to do with this stylus is not skipping/pausing videos or taking photos, but using the air gestures to browse galleries. This gives me a lot of pleasure, especially when I'm looking through my artwork or screencaps from cartoons. And I can even do it while I'm a little far from my phone.

The only reason I bought my S23 Ultra is because of S Pen. And I am in love with S Pen functions. Lockscreen notes Highlight PDF Cut a note out and save that in notes app Bluetooth camera button These are my fav features

Tbh,what Xiaomi did with the display is nice,not too curved,but not all flat,a joy of both worlds Can't wait to see what they will do with Redmi K70 line and the Xiaomi 14 ultra.

I have followed and watch floss for so many years and I just realised the reason I stay and watch even though I know already everything that I need to know. is because of his stories and the way he tells it. Its like talking to a homie. He couldve said I use the IR blaster to troll and because of the placement and I would be fine with that. but he has to tell a whole long ass story about it. but i stay. and its so effective.

I like Xiaomi personally but I like unlocking the bootloader and flashing custom roms. Then it makes an amazing phone for the price. I have a poco f3 and I love it. If I could afford a flagship I would love it.

The subtle curve on 14 pro is all side curve not 2 side so i like it , it's make gestures navigation feel better when you are using it, the display look like it's floating, also ceramic or titanium is just a personal opinion, both are nice

I think the subtle curve is really good, uniformly on all sides. It is like the normal apple watch. Makes it feel more premium.

I love using my s-pen cause without it I couldn't do my digital arts as effortlessly and other actions that take advantage of the s-pen ..I was going to ride my galaxy note 20 ultra til the circuit burned out but it burned out at the end of September so now I'm rocking the galaxy 23 ultra..I don't regret it at all!!

I’ve been saying this about Oppo and Xiaomi for awhile now. They’ve been closing in on Samsung for the last 2 years. Especially now that those companies offer 4 years of updates. The reason why many people (normally Samsung fanboys aka people that ONLY like Samsung) claim companies like Xiaomi or Oppo have “inferior” software/OS, is because they’re super biased or can’t see past old models from 2+ years ago. Some of them only want Apple to be their opposing phone.

We don't have this in South Africa yet. Not even the 13, it's there but mostly they are imports from what I've seen. I was using the Redmi 12 Pro before upgrading to S22 - I'm excited about this. I'm hoping it comes through soon.

The night photos are amazing! Wow! It would be interesting to see the battery health of phones in 2 to 3 years ahead with the different charging speeds.. Nicely done..

Floss, love you and your videos. I'm a heavy Samsung boy. I've worked at Samsung. But this year I'm getting the vivo x100 pro instead of the coming s24 ultra. Even tho s23ultra offers more features like spen and dex. I don't use them. And I personally believe that if someone doesn't use an already available feature, he/she doesn't need the feature. The problem of my S23 ultra: 1. Performance definitely lowest tier of the 8gen2 phones, I'm a moba gamer. 2. Battery life. 3. Charging speed.

I love that Xiaomi phone. From the camera housing design and the hint of orange and titanium build & even the not so flat display. I just wish it ran stock android like the pixel phones

I'm an artist so I literally draw and edit pictures on my S23 Ultra all the time. Sometimes it comes in clutch when I am not around my Tab S6 or S8U (my normal drawing tablet), so I'm one of those rare ones that really REALLY utilizes the S-Pen and appreciate it, espeially since it comes with the phone and they did not skimp on its quality. It's not just a stylus, it is one of the most advanced drawing pens, made from wacom (the kings of drawing tablets), with some of the lowest input latency and pressure accuracy WITH bluetooth fuctions. The S-Pen alone in my opinion gives Samsung Flagships the edge over the competition. As for smoothness, maybe the One U.I bloats the fluidity/optimization cause for sure it is not the custom overclocked Snapdragob Gen2 chip in the S23U, as it is way more than enough to run the basic GUI of any smartphone out currently.

Have Xiaomi 11T PRO 108MP camera, super fast charge 120w(they give you charger as well 🙂) 17 min to change full battery, yes you read it good 17 min for full battery.. after 2 year of use phone battery is still 30% on end of day! Cant imagine what improve have Xiaomi 14 🙂

The subtle curve is actually good, it makes the bezles slimmer. IPhone and nothing have pretty large bezles compared to this phone. I've never mided curve displays, the water fall ones yeah, but normal curve is fire to me. This Xiaomi subtle curve it's basically for both sides, flat and curved, small bezels with a subtle curve or thick bezles with a flat display?

Never had an android for about a decade n the features of the s23 with s pen n dex seem like a game changer, but how fast and Smoove this Xiaomi 14 pro looking, I’m torn between becoming a Samsung Knight or a Xiaomi Warlord…

I've had the S23U since launch, and I definitely don't take full advantage of its features. The S-Pen particularly. I will take your advice and use it more since I am going to get the S24U.
