Xiaomi offers a wide range of products for the home. Among them is the new Xiaomi Mijia culinary robot. It has a large color screen with hundreds of smart recipes.
The new Xiaomi Mijia cooking robot is the company's first kitchen robot. His goal will be to compete with the more than established Thermomix. Of course, the device is available at a lower price.
Xiaomi Mijia Cooking Robot is presented in a rather minimalist design with a predominantly black color. It has three main parts; its base, color screen and main bowl.
With dimensions of 413 x 316 x 344 mm and a total weight of 13.8 kg, Xiaomi Mijia Kitchen Robot can perform 35 different functions. These include the ability to sauté, stew, steam, knead noodles, mince meat, juice, mince, shred, cook at low temperature, and weigh ingredients.
The total power of the Xiaomi Mijia kitchen robot is 1700W. Its engine is capable of speeds up to 12,000 rpm. It also has various accessories, including 3 plates and a 15 liter pot.
In addition, Xiaomi Mijia Cooking Robot has an 8-inch color touchscreen. This screen gives you access to over 200 smart recipes, complete with videos, to make cooking easier.
As of now, the Xiaomi Mijia kitchen robot has debuted in China at a price of 5,999 yuan ($869). It is not yet known whether it will be officially launched on the global market.

Curious about this thing. I'd like to see demonstration of how you use. Also, I believe the 1gr thing is the resolution of the built-in weight, which seems misrepresented.

You can watch a review of this device here ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ciAysuODdvI.html As for 1 gram of weight, I completely agree with you, it sounds kind of absurd, but the manufacturer indicates so.

This product is a complete disappointment. The main coating of the pot I purchased 20 days ago has completely peeled off. It started with a small area peeling, and gradually expanded. I applied for a warranty claim since it's still under warranty, but it got rejected. I absolutely do not recommend buying it. My friend bought the same product, and they faced the same issue😢

In Germany, Xiaomi's device ain't even 15% cheaper than the well-established Thermomix. So I'm a bit skeptical about how well it will penetrate the market.

Unfortunately, they didn't say anything about Tokit. I'm more interested in the global version, since this device is only available in China.

I have had this device for a few days now, After the intial install, I haven't manged to use it as it lost connectivity and I havent managed to make it connect again. The biggest problem with this product is that it has to be setup through the Mi home app. I still haven't managed to hard reset the device. The 'restore to factory setting' isnt fully reseting the device, when the scan qr code is used now. If anyone knows how to hard reset it, please help. It could have easily been standalone and connected to wifi directly because the system is a kind of android os. This layer of complication is now making it that i dont even know if the wifi and bluetooth of the device are even on. I am waiting on the seller to tell me what to do, but I think I will be returning it.. it has been a major disappointment.

Unfortunately, this device was made for the Chinese market, there is no global version, so there are connection problems depending on the country where you live.
@MehmoodEqbal
@MehmoodEqbal 4 месяца назад
@criticaltech7091 what is interesting is that it asks for region and includes many European countries, but has zero support. It doesn't even factory reset. The device is in theory better than the thermomix but the software being set through mi home is a major flaw

So it is basically a overpriced mixer with heating... A real cook never needs this. If you have a pan, oven and normal kitchen devices.. You will not need it. This would be good for camping with a baterry maybe
@Staplechips

Several years ago a real cook did it's food on a fire because it's more natural. Every device in the kitchen is a support. Same as these devices.
@mxz2024

@@Staplechipsno the point is, its not needed. If you have a deskrop pc already, you will not work on your ipad, because your desktop pc with big screen is more powerful and useful. most "all in one" - devoces are just a compromise.

@@mxz2024'm not sur, It's perfectly normal that restaurant use this kind of robot simply because you are able to cook whatever you want with absolutely 0 skills and in no time. This is simply : - faster - easier - more ergonomic - compact Since this device also take less place than everything else inside the kitchen. And have auto-cleaning function too, with lot of sensor allowing it to perfect the texture in every step... Give me 5 of them and I could be more efficient with them than a chief cooker using a normal kitchen with ton of high end device... But ya I think some stuff still need to be cook normaly... This device is incredible such as Thermomix too. I'm not saying that cooker arent good, just that this kind of device is great, exactly like cleaning robot are also good to save lot of time. And by the way, It's better to see restaurant using this kind of stuff than microwave since before It's what restaurant do... They use microwave a lot...

Looks like something completely useless. For the same amount of money one can buy good quality induction hob with automatic temperature control, automatic programs, smooth temperature change and use any bowl you want instead of limiting yourself with 2,2 l bowl.
@criticaltech7091

Perhaps you are right, this option is easier and for those who have little time to cook I think so.
