Xiaomi Mijja 1C Vaccum cleaner charging problem

Xiaomi 1C Vaccum cleaner is not charging.
It detaches from the charging base after 5 minutes and the battery level is still 1% in the app. It cannot start cleaning or do anything else. It just shuts down. I bought it from Xiao-Mi Gshopper store on AliExpress.

For all of you having this issue it happened to me after 3 years, I have bought replacement battery and factory reset the device. Works flawlessly

Hello, its happened to me too, but actually when the robot try to go to the base and it arrive its like it does not find it, because does not charge. It's happened to you too?

I have same problem I put it to charge, when it turn on it drive back, battery say low and it shut down…

Have same issue, just bought a new battery, but did not solve the issue, the vacuum cleaner still does not charge the battery. Anybody fixed this issue?

1 Check Charger if charging meassure output if ok problem is batrery but please do check charger first

Where to measure? Charging dock or 4 pin at battery side? If charging dock, what the value voltage should be present?

Same here, i measure a voltage of 4.05v on the charging base but i dont know if its supposed to be like this

This happened to me, I turned off the vacuum for a week before there are guests around, when I try turning back on again a week later, it won't even start up, I had to dock it and the battery is charging very slowly, so I changed a new battery, but the problem is still there, charged the new battery to 100%, and I tried to start the cleanup, it leaves the dock and the vacuum will just become 1%. Probably a motherboard issue, I think

My soulution was: Remove the battery for 24 hours and put it pack. (i have bought a new battery what was NOT the solution)

I have the same problem ... I thought the batteries needed to be replaced. after I changed their problem, it persists ... it's probably from the charging module

did the same and it's charging now but really slow, something funny that I noticed is that while measuring the outcome voltage from the 4 pin female connector on the vacuum it goes up to 16V an then it goes down to 1.5V after 10 seconds but I don't know if it's normal compared as well the voltage coming out of charging dock from a working and non working and it's the same so I'm also thinking it's the charging module in the vacuum.
