Using x6 for a month now. Got hyper os update. The display is simply awesome. Not facing major battery usage for normal usage. Only gamers will have to worry about it. Charges very fast too. Got headphone jack. That is important to me. Hope poco continues to provide it. My next upgrade will be x9 series.
I bought the POCO X6 5G at Aliexpress (POCO Phone Store) for C$267.42 delivered to my home in Canada. No GST or duty was applied. At that price, I can't think of any smartphone that's comparable. I installed the GCam (Google Pixel Camera) port, which works well. Very happy with the X6 so far.
I've got the POCO X4 Pro, and it's still going well. Only paid £70 for it, as a friend did not like it and left it in its box for 6 months until I offered to buy it. The only minor grip is that the processor can be a bit slow when opening heavy apps or web pages full of adverts.
You are overlooking the fact that it still runs Android 13 and MIUI 14 instead of Android 14 and HyperOS that fact that you still have to wait for that update to come in a 2024 phones is unacceptable every phone released in the new year should have the latest software version even if its a rebrand phone from last year
@@jaschaamielmalik2245 but for me i don't mind it at all since I'm okay with it (but accordingly at launch it will run hyperos with android 14) and this particular is review unit it's still pre-production (fun fact on my xiaomi 13t pro i have a hyperos update just came out couple of days ago in monday so for my experience is quite super though)
I don't know the price of Poco X6, but: Samsung A34 has similar performance, has IP67, has better software support and better software in general. And better battery peformance (X6 lost with A54, and A34 has better battery).
you should have be worried because it comes with google but is not approved this mean if you install from google play some thing it may contain infected app
I have been running my Sony Xperia 5 II for a few years now and the finger printer sensor hasn't been working for a year now so I've finally decided to look for a new phone. I might have found a good replacement since I refuse to pay 900 € (or around 700 € in discount) for the Xperia 5 V, even though I'd really like the phone for its dimensions. This might be the next best thing for me for like half the price.
Been using the poco x6 now for a few weeks i'm very impressed with it. I don't find the battery life to be average at all i can get through a full day with half of it left. It really depends on usage however it does drain really fast whilst gaming. Performance has been great i was expecting it to be slow but it handles everything. The way you test these android phones is through emulation if it can't play them and it has stutters or lag you know it's not a phone for gaming. The poco x6 can handle everything emulation wise until you start to try and play dreamcast the sd 7s gen 2 just can't handle it. Still a decent chipset though build quality is also good apart from xiaomis miui being full of bloatware rubbish that you can uninstall once you do that it really is stock android poco and xiaomi seem to rely on google stock android apps. It's come a long way since the older miui os that was terrible not my favorite os but not the worst. Really great phone for the money. If i was samsung i would be worried because the poco x6 would put the samsung A55 out of business it is garbage the poco x6 wipes the floor with it!

They are releasing M6 pro with headphone jack and SD slot, X6 With headphone jack and GG victus and X6 pro with none of that. They should have just released 1 phone with all combined.
I bought the x3 pro in 2021 and its the most reliable phone ive ever owned, the 3.5mm jack is starting to fail now though so definitely keen on this. Most phones in my country dont have 3.5mm jacks anymore and I hate bluetooth for work, the battery life is to low and the buds are easy to lose. I'll likely import this within the next month :)
Watch out, I bought mine X3 pro in 2021 too, right when it came out and I was really enjoying it till the motherboard died not a week ago :( Apparently it's sometimes a problem for them
i also had a x3 pro, lasted for about 2 years until i got battery issues, got it fixed and couple months passed until the power button broke. A month later my charing port now stopped working and the phone is dead again now :(
Finally, the Poco X6 got some upgrades like the display, has better ingress protection, the main cam now has OIS, and a new chipset. But, the design is not my taste, battery life is average unlike most midranges of the same price, the macro cam is barely usable and doesn't come with the latest Xiaomi HyperOS.
If you compare the X6 to the X6 pro which one seems more value? in my opinion the price difference seems small but does the small price hike justify itself? thank you
If you're a hardcore gamer with plans to play future high end games within 3-5 years, X6 Pro is better. It has one of the best performance score, and for it's price? Worth it. If you're planning to use custom roms and use game emulators, its safe to stick with standard X6 as there's support on its chipset.
In terms of performance, the gap between them is HUGE. On the other hand, there are some reactors who are quite underwhelmed by the camera of X6 Pro, claiming that x5 Pro had a slightly better camera quality.

There is absolutely no point to buying an x6, by just paying $50-$70 more, you get 5 times faster GPU with virtually no downgrades on the x6 pro. If you want camera, simple, pay $20 more for RN13 pro If you want emulators, custom roms, pay $30-$50 more for an f5 and get 3 times faster gpu as a bonus.

@@cricketarena4926 I just want to have the option. If you move the big pictures and videos to the microSD it will calm the internal memory of the phone. So I can, for example, saving the images/videos/music in Hi-Fi quality on the microSD and the big games in the phone.

What? Similiar performance in X6, worse software, less support, worse battery results (and A54 has an Exynos processor - how bad must be this S7 Gen2?). I bet that A54 will win in photo department.
I just had mine with the 12-256 version with the redmi watch 3 active included in a pack for the xiaomi fan festival , im just so happy with it, better than my previous A22 5g with almost the same price , it have very good refresh rate and it doesn't lag on most game i use ! The game turbo mode is just game changer for me, even tho it drains the battery faster , with the 67w charger i can recharge it quickly ! For 320€ it is just perfect for me :)
This is the same as Redmi Note 13 Pro, and basically a Realme GT Master Edition. Like almost exactly the same as the Realme, just newer and a lot more expensive. Weird that the Redmi version EU release costs 2x more than it should have been.
There is no surprise the EU is more expensive. e.g. the OPPO Find X7 Ultra is £1150 to import into the UK after all fees are paid. And that is for a Chinese edition. If they did release an EU version (unlikely), then expect a higher price still.
Just bought one i had the choice between the pro and the just x6 the pro seems to have no jack I don't understand why they take that away what about a high end headphone You wanna listen corded although the Bluetooth gives a range of codecs witch are great to. And my poco x is still doing what tv it's supposed to do the battery gets weaker fast but the rest is going strong
I have the Poco F2..I love the pop-up Web camera and it's all around performance it's quick and easy to use I picked it up for a low price of 40 EUR and I'm incredibly pleased with it
I have it too but again my f2 pro is waiting for parts because it's broken so often. It has the usual charging issue and some other problems, which is sad because it's the exact type of phone i needed. I love that the camera was hidden
So I have the x4 pro 5G but the screen is pretty scratched up now.. is this new one more scratch resistant? sad how the last 2 iterations have lost the radio function.. i like that feature. Also does it still come with all that bloatware that the x4 came with?
This new model has Gorilla glass victus instead of the older Gorilla glass 5 from X4 Pro. X6 is both more scratch and shatter resistant. Yes, it has bloatwares too that can be uninstalled.
5:20 i love xiaomi phones but lets not fool ourselves here, the video quality is not good at all. Its very shaky and weird looking. But in my experience this is only on 4k.

Great but so many users are really disappointed with poco X series , i have poco x3 and after 2 years its become problematic , front camera not working , network , bluetooth and heating issue , all repairing cost to chnage motherboard and cpu reballing , reallly disappointed with poco and thinking not to trust again to have this type of cheap brand , thanks

Guys!!! In your own personal experience and opinion which phone has better display (accurate colours)and better camera system (better skin tones, dynamic range, video recording, etc.): Poco X6 or Galaxy A34?
Not going to lie, after getting a flagship they really aren't worth it especially a Samsung if you want a stock android experience. This would have done nicely since I don't game.

I'm so sick of Xiaomi releasing new phones in the new year with older version of android thats bullshit even if its a rebranded phone from last year and the fact that they promise 3 years of software support for this phone but since it still runs android 13 that 3 years of support becomes 2 cuz once it gets Android 14 soon this same year it now gets reduced to 2 like WTF it should still have 3 years of support
The Note 13 Pro 4G has a garbage processor that you could find at phones $100 cheaper like the A15. Definitely not recommend. The A34 has the Dimensity 1080 wich provides nearly identical performance to the SD 7S Gen 2. Other than that, the A34 has a much better software experience, IP67, better cameras, and much superior build quality. Only downside is not having a chrager in the box, zo you have to pay around $15 extra to get one. Other than that, the A34 is a clear winner.
How come a mid-range CPU SnapG 7s Gen2, scores same benchmark result with G2 the Google's amazing flagship Exynos 2200 CPU but I guess calling it Tensor makes a difference in sound but not in action. I have just compared with my Pixel 7 Pro ran the benchmark on both devices and the score is shocking. I dislike Google too much these days 😅😂 I feel like so stupid to pay $$$$ four digit penny for this trash 🗑️ Pixel 7 Pro
