Why you don't take out the whole the including the Fram of conveyor to easy to clean.

This video saved me because one of my employe- former employees... left the gripper and spatula on the belt and the oven kept going and it ruined the belt and jammed my whole oven up

And when you have an accident. It does have the proper coverage
