Gerald Nichols if you're looking at buying one I played on the 1240L the other day and I had a great time one of the best horns I've ever played on highly recommend I was able to run all 5 octaves of Bb and Eb very quickly as well as it had a very broad sound that projected across the whole store an amazing instrument that I highly recommend

Thanx. If I receive a windfall of money from somewhere I don't know about, I might consider buying one. LOL. I am playing a Yamaha YSL 653 I bought new @ 1989 or so. 8D
