Hey Shan, I've got a quick question I've got your liquid lipsticks in the shades Laotong and Serendipity and I have to put heaps of coats of them both on for them not to look 'see-through' or like patchy.. any tips on how to stop this, I exfoliate my lips and i've tried a clear lip liner underneath.. I love the colours and would love to show them off to my friends without the patchiness if you know what i mean?? someone please help xxx

I already tried 10 different styles of your lashes, 4 of them the new faux mink, and I have to say that I loved every single one of them! But I would say that the Thunder faux mink ones and the Wanderlust are my absolute faves 💖

Wow, I’m going to order some lashes now. They are so cheap compared to the Lilly lashes I’ve been wearing right now. Does anybody from the United States know how much custom charges usually cost? Does it depend on how much you spend?
from our point of view it usually varies, some people get through without paying and some people have to pay over certain $. best thing to do is quickly email your local customs office and ask for the limits xx

I’m in the U.S. and have ordered stuff internationally before. There was only one year I went over the limit (cumulatively, from multiple orders) and the customs office held my package until I paid a fee. It was something less than $10, it wasn’t bad at all.
Such beautiful lashes and very affordable. I think americans etc forget sometimes that make up is 5 times more expensive here in Australia and New Zealand. Well done on such great lashes i cant wait to try them !!. Xx

This was so helpful :) during makeup tutorials, do you think you could zoom in on your makeup more? I just love seeing the colors and the textures of the makeup :) I also loved when u used to do close ups at the end of the video
Nice selection of eyelashes but for being plastic they should be much cheaper! Also why try and trick your customers to buy that lipstick--you have a bag load of Botox or filler in your lips; and you have too much of it. Ooooing and ahhing with your Diana Ross lips pursed, cracked me up.

I have been a subscriber for a long time (2-3 years) I have your bh cosmetics palletes which I love and use all the time. I never was into false eye lashes but now seeing them tried on I have impulsed bought a set!! I made an order of falsies off of xobeauty and just used "The Girl Next Door" today. They're wonderful! So so so natural that I feel comfortable wearing them all by themselves and the application is SO EASY! I ordered "The Naturals" and three other single sets, and in Canadian dollars it came to $8.50 a pair which is SO AFFORDABLE! Better selection and price than Sephora, and the quality is just as good! Not to mention the shipping to Canada from New Zealand did not take as long as I expected! Love you Shan, keep up the amazing work and stellar products!
