Tags are a great way to use managed metadata to find documents in Xoralia. Common Tags used are department, sub departments, divisons, confidentiality-levels or document type, such as 'policy' or 'guideline'.
You must have edit access to the SharePoint term-store to create Tags, but once created a site member can apply Tags to each documents once the Tags column is created.
