I didn't see Marty's POV but X is alluding that for Marty, X became invisible - so he had to "pull me out of the void" - and if he didn't have to do that, they would possibly be in the car running, not in the custody.
I think the biggest issue is if you get caught because of scuff roll with the punches but if you escape you have to turn yourself in and make it easy for the cops if either ruling ergo you get caught because of scuff roll with it/ if you escape cops roll with it or if you get caught you’re set free/ if you escape you have to return it’d be good but it isn’t rn
Its because it was 5am, and shift 3's old nemesis has returned after a long time being away in shift 2 with CB exploring the casino heist.. they had to pull out all the stops, air one, the cruizers, interceptors, pillbox on lockdown etc.. haha That or, there were literally no crimes being commited, becaude it was so late

Then that cop just 'happens' to find him in a random part of the tunnels that he fell into after they caused him to fall through the world? Nah this is obvious OOC knowledge, or flat stream sniping. Cops didnt cause the scuff. When someone gets escorted through a wall, that usually sends them into the void. Happens all the time at the jail when cops are escorting people inside. The first taser shot also happened after x was already in the void. This isnt a "random spot in the tunnels". Its literally directly under the hospital.
ok so marty attempts a rescue, x scuffs. idk if the the cop cheated but if he's using ooc scuff knowledge of the game, then they should've reset the scenario to before x fell through the floor. it's unfair that they played it off as if marty failed to rescue him to take advantage of scuff.

Hmmm it's debatable. the scuff and void argument wouldn't really hold up. They were pretty surrounded and Marty was getting tazed before x scuffed. If anything Marty would have had to escape and leave x behind because Marty would have kept dropping him from the taze and hand cuff attempts. PD bringing x back to where they believes he should be. Jail. It's not fair but even if they take it to ooc chat no one would get in trouble. It's hearsay at that point.

So even though X was about to abuse a scuff he UNINTENTIONALLY ended up in (which he also had a valid reason to abuse, that is, the cops were about to abuse the same glitch in the video where X was stuck in the void at the hospital door to catch X), the situation ended up revealing that this cop is intentionally abusing his “hunch” to find X. Which leads to this: the cop DIDNT hesitate to use his “hunch” to find X, so how are we sure he doesn’t constantly use or won’t use that “hunch” later on to fuck up X in appropriate scenarios??
this is literally the same thing as the scuff from the pursuit where his partner lagged out - if we always ignore scuff he should have accepted phasing through the ground and being allowed to escape wasn't legit

Yea brother only serious rp here, but if you fall under the map ill have a hunch and find you. Rules are there to be respected and followed but it seems people follow the rules only when its to their advantage.

Yea but he used OOC to find X. When crims get scuffed during a chase cops say "just roll with the punches" and taze and arrest them. Not a 2 way street at all.

It can happen literally any where on the map that has tunnels or areas underneath it. Its most common at the hospital cause its a high traffic spot, where a lot of people are being escorted in and out.

I don't watch xqc or nopixel much but I thought this was an rp server? Most of the rp servers I play on incorporate bugs into roleplay. Is it against the server rules to roleplay around bugs or is it not an actual rp server?

todays the day where i kinda get y he malded so much 5 mins in wanted to do a nice vault but then dies to a car crash and cops response for a dumb warrant of 400+ months and pond was being very petty with him ....

Now if the cop checked stream, that's bad, but finding x in any way is a good thing because theres no real way for x to roleplay himself out of that situation.

Don’t all they have to do is gps the spot where he fell, they know he fell through the map so if he ain’t in the area he’s gotta be in the tunnels, use the gps to find where he is in the tunnels, seems pretty logical to me

at the same time a character in the game shouldnt and cant know scuff mechanics like that. ofc the player knows the people who disappear pop up at the same location everytime. but there is no way a character could know that, x could be a magican, could have ascended or anything that would explain a person disappearing in front of you. but you cant just use player gamemechanic knowledge to reason character actions, thats normaly called powergaming.

You can't use scuff to get away. If you're detained and get scuffed, police can scuff to get you back. You weren't meant to get away except by a glitch, which is why it's okay for them to retrieve you. In real life you don't just fall through the floor. Simple as.

This is wrong on XQC's part, if you've played fivem servers for over a month or 2, you'd know that outside of the bank you'd glitch into the tunnels, now, this is a game bug, meaning its automatically out of character, but the police officer tried to make it stay in character. But XQC semi-calling out that he was meta gaming is just wrong, the entire scenario should've just been disregarded and just revive XQC and leave everyone be. Learn to serious RP people, at this point NoPixel doesn't look serious whatsoever, NoPixel just looks like a server with custom scripts and where all the streamers go for quality content but definitely not serious RP

yes because he called ems for them to have roleplay and he just gets cops instead they start trying more rp for escape plan they say "watch out someone is in their" random hunch then they spam taze so much x literally gets scuffed and marty had to carry him to unscuff they kept spamming tazers also against server rules and if he was not scuffed marty would of put him in the car but what actually happened is they over tazed so much he got scuffed again and fell to tunnels dying they took away his chances to escape by scuffing him then go tunnels to do it again
they broke server rules by spam tazing so much they literally scuffed x out marty could not put him in the car and had to carry him and when tried got tazed 5 times and x fell through the map for it of course he is pisses they came they scuffed him so he could literally not go in the car then over tazed so much he tunnel fell and died
i can't agree with your logic here, X was being escorted when he scuffed out both times; at no point was X in control of anything that happened. Sure he should have ooc'ed his location but can you say beyond a shadow of a doubt the PD players would have allowed a take 2 on the escape attempt? Or would they knowing that Marty was playing doctor to break him out shot him at the door?
