In this weeks video we are looking at the smk XS501 One has been converted to pcp and one is still the standard C02 Target is from www.airguntargetcompany.co.uk Social media Facebook : Norfolk Airguns Instagram : Norforkairgun
Bigger question is, is the gun worth it 😬. CO2 never worth the money in my eyes. Easily pick up good quality break barrels for price of one of these let alone 2. you then add the adapter price you can buy a 2nd xm1 which for the price are outstanding not my cuppa tho. Cracking vid tho fella
It’s a ok rifle does stick to it as a co2, it’s a good rifles for start with as a bigginer / junior shooter / garden plinker but other then that it’s not much good for Anthony eles to be fair, it’s a good rifle but as you said you can get a good springer for the same price
I think the pressure on the PCP was way too low, co2 average pressure is around 90bar so if you pump the PCP up to around that 90bar mark it should have similar power. The problem on the PCP yhough will be it is unregulated so will only give a short consistent shot string
Camera didnt clearly show the complete co2 auto valve set up after loading up the 2 co2 cartridges and screwing the caps back on to prime the gun. Could you re do it again slowly please. Yep the pcp version of the gun looks poor indeed.
That would be good thanks. Will you ever do a review of the .177 version of the xs 501 do you think? Never seen a .177 review for this gun, or is it because it's too lower power?
@@norfolkairguns l though that's what you ment it's just half way through the video you get it back to front. I used to convert years ago smk X's 79 to hpa it's easy , use a 1 ci 3000psi bottle which is regulated to 600 psi which is what pressure co2 works at
