Looks somewhat similar to a SmartCarb. Good to see more such carburetors instead of two brands (Lectron, SmartCarb) dictating the jet-free carb market.
Similar but completely different in some ways. I had a smart carb and honestly this one is better. It has more adjustments on it that you can dial it in.
I just picked up a new plated dirt bike made in a country that doesn't hate me. It runs perfectly out of the box, no modifications needed. And I can drive down the street and pick any part if needed.
@LCARS I just got my hands on a TSE300L and it has the XTNG 36MM did you keep track of how many turns out you are on all 3 circuits ? I live in very close elevation and would like to try your setup....the plug looks perfect...Thanks 👍
I think I’m 145 out with 1/2 turn on the fuel assist. Maybe 5 turns out on the idle. It’s not perfect but it’s pretty dang good! I still have some thing to do though.
Somebody has copied the great corys dyes smart carb and made it in China junk I never would put it on a good Italian Austrian or Japanese motorcycle but you did a nice review
Thank you but you really haven’t seen one have you? I have had Cory’s smart carb which itself is based on Lectron, and I had his carb on my bike. The Xtng is completely different and has different features and settings that the smart carb doesn’t even have. I would recommend looking into it and you’ll realize it’s not a copy at all. It’s actually better than my smart carb was!
