This video has me in tears. I recently lost 100 pounds and im still on my journey but I remember being heavier and wanting to give up so bad. I love Phil for his encouragement and the rest of the crew for being so supportive. I applaud Alina for her courage and determination. Don't stop, don't quit and don't give up!

I watched video on April 30 and I had tears in my eyes to see someone finally caring for someone else who needs encouragement and a hand to hold. I am sitting here boo hooing over this video. As a person who is extremely overweight and trying to get fit, it is refreshing to see this. It's hard and embarrassing to be on a room full of fit people trying to do the exercise. It's sometimes discouraging.
