I love how he cheers his clients on. I’ve been doing his videos a couple weeks now. His voice is my inner voice even aside from working out. “Don’t stop, don’t quit, WE GOTTA LIVE”. He encourages in the most beautiful way. He deserves all the income, fame, and whatever other benefit that he earns, and more. He’s awesome. Don’t stop Y’all don’t quit, we gotta live! ✊🏿

Hi, Greetings from Japan! Wow! I am so much encouraged by this video. He is one of the greatest instructors I have ever seen online. I just loved how he encourages everyone with his words and action. He is so passionate and loving at the same time. I was being so touched and emotional that I found myself in tears when the video ended. How I wish I could have a personal instructor like him at home so that I can have a stronger will with him. :-) I have been so disappointed at my weak will. I am overweight and really need to lose some kgs.

@@lakeishariley9259 i hear you sis. I've been looking as well for myself. I use my bottom 5 steps that lead to my upstairs to exercise. I was 2stepping it then increased to 3 4 5. I also use gallon milk jugs with water to weight lift. Im thrifty. All of the best to you on your weight loss journey.

I was nearly in tears, every time I get up something knock me down. I completed a program had a bad fell 2 weeks prior to everything finalizing i still pushed through. I went from personal trainer to fat fit to fat on a crutch for 7 months now a cane to find out I need knee surgery. I'm so devasted and depress about this; went to a size sexy 11 toned to mrs.Softy wearing a size 16 at 5'9. I wish I was in his class. I can't wait to this young lady results. She looked great on that stage she's going to become an instructor herself.
