really, people argue a lot about difficulty but it doesn't say anything about the beauty and sync of the game, the geometry dash is the only one on the list that manages to have infinite types of decoration To bring a specific theme or even a story to a level

Geometry dash may not be a 100% rhythm game. But the way it expresses the music, emotions, visaul beauty, awesomeness, story is something that no other music/rhythm game can do

GD basically does not strive for the insane complexity of its levels, the main emphasis of the creators is on scenery and synchronazayu with music. With this in mind, some levels combine both insane complexity and incredible decor (such as KOCMOC)

In adofai it doesn't take too much effort though, you can just put a .mp4 file there and it works, while Geometry Dash is actual art. And in Audiosurf you can't change anything in the level, you put a song there and it automatically makes a crappy level

@@grsw7176 1. I didn't say this is no effort. 2. Even if it's one of the oldest levels, it doesn't mean everyone would praise you for doing almost nothing. And even when this game released, you could basically do almost anything just by, again, putting a .mp4 there. That means that the most effort goes to the artwork, and even that is not too much, as long as it's not actually an animation and is just an image.

@@Fafr what do you mean by putting a MP4 lol. U should listen every beat to chart levels. It should sync perfectly to make it playable. Also yes geometry dash levels has good art because if you do not put a lot of effort to it, it looks terrible. But in adofai you can put a little effort and some animations, it will still look good.

The eschaton is actually quite easy because there is no hard extreme demon parts like straight fly and frame perfect jumps, but its laggy, I'd say adofai is the hardest. Although geometry dash is the most beautiful and epic one

Honestly as a very amateur GD player that looks really easy compared to the others.

I'd say ADOFAI is harder here, the difficulty of the level in GD looks like around medium or hard demon Edit: yeah, it's a hard demon, but only because of the length, so it's about just as hard as Future Funk

Imo I never played Adofai and I can say it is DEFINITELY NOT harder than Adofai, that shit looks like nightmare fuel to play.

In gameplay too. In Audiosurf you just collect coloured bricks and avoid grey bricks, in hope that colored bricks line up like you want to get higher score. In Beat Saber you swing your sabers to destroy cubes to the rhythm. Not that good, but that's about as far as you can get with VR rhythm games. In Adofai you control a pair of balls, pressing a button to land them on a platform. To be honest, I played it and it's not that interesting. And finally, in GD you have to look out for what 's coming and line that information up with what you can so right now or earlier, and how would the physics react. Sure, there might be some bias of mine, as GD is one of my favourite games, but still, compared to others GD is just more flexible, because what you can do there is not limited to one action like in most rhythm games

That won't work. White space uses the song Something Different. If they were to showcase Something Different, GD would be down and out after like 100 seconds, since no other good level uses the rest of the song. Not to mention, since the song is only about a year old, it's unlikely many other games have charts for it. Yes I know ADOFAI does, but not to certain of others.

Nope. Goemetry dash is the best at expressing the music. Just look at the amount of detail. The decorations look awesome and there are boosfights! Also they took way longer to make. Some geometry dash levels took about 3 years to make.
