Thank you for explaining how to disassemble the keyboard so well! I got mine 2 months ago and ive been wanting to put tape and foam inside but i didnt want to break the screen, now I know to tread very lightly

Very good video, and it also makes a very good impression of the M87 pro. the stock sound is superb, and it looks as there is not much internal modding needed anyway. as for the broken screen i am sure it is not difficult to source a replacement for cheap if really insisting.

Yea I did contact XVX about it, but the hard part is how to install it back without accidentally breaking it again

One question, do you know if the pcb is a 1.2mm pcb or a 1.6mm? I dont have a caliper with me and i want to buy new stabilizers

Were you able to fix the screen? I got mine as a gift and the screen came broken but I love this keyboard. I was wondering if xvx sells replacements parts.

Hello, excellent video, but if I put my gif, to raise and lower the volume, do I have to go to the options with the wheel and from there lower or raise the volume? Or can you directly increase or decrease the volume with the wheel?

It's the same, you just have to toggle to the volume settings in the screen and toggle back to your GIF

There's an FN shortcut for almost all features within the menu. Click FN and the wheel and it will control volume until they both are pressed again.

Thanks for a great vid! I'm a beginner so I'm NOT going to try and open up this board, but would sound dampening on the spacebar help with the rattle? I really like this board but that spacebar...

So i tried changing the gif on the OLED screen, but the animation moves super fast instead of it's normal speed. Anyways to fix this?

A standard keyboard Keycap would be 6.25u and cherry profile, I think this has an OEM profile if not wrong

It's a pre-programmed screen with a PCB so I don't think you can do that.

Super easy, just take off the Keycap and Switch and you should be able to pop it out. No need to open the case for that

What's the polling rate of the 2.4ghz adapter?

Actually no idea on this, but there doesn't seem to be any reason noticeable lag or latency from my use

@@itssamueltan ah ok. I would prefer at least a 1k polling rate since I do a lot of gaming. Love this keyboard. But I think I'll hold out on it until they release more color ways. I'd prefer just an all black keyboard
