As an Australian licensed ham residing in Laos, I’m interested in the licensing issues with the local government, and importation of and use of equipment . Who within the Lao system did you deal with to facilitate licensing? I would like to be able to operate in Lao myself
@@F2DX-Patrick i mainly use verticals ant and done many studies on them. more than 4 radial only has minimum benefit. there are many scientific report about this online.
