The lyric actually said, "The key to Eden". Which means the key to Heaven, A.K.A. your soul. Good points though, I like hearing other points from other people's perspective. I don't think X actually did sell his soul since he was still experimenting and exploring religions and religious thoughts up until his death. As you said, this is a sort of poetry where he is portraying a character. I don't believe he could've been fooled to believe the devil anyways. But a lot of what X had said happened, he's pretty good at forshadowing stuff.

the thing about the devil is, he's a liar and when people say they sold their soul to him that's just having the belief that you lost it. The devil has no power over your soul because it does not belong to him. our souls belong to the creator .God. The devil has clouded your's and many other people, such as mine's vision but when that happens you just have to believe that you'll dig your way out of that hole and save yourself

Anima Vestra means your soul. It's basically where X speaks to the devil, and the devil says that if he gives his soul, then he'll get everything he's ever wanted. It's a song that really shows light upon musicians selling their souls for fame in a way, and X tries to expose this in the song.

I really think this channel will go far, its interesting and informative to see an actual analysis from a catholic. I reccomend more rap with meaningful lyrics (depressing rap to he specific) such as XXXTENTACION, lil peep, juice wrld. Great video!!

No matter where everybody is at in their life right now, or what they’re going through I just wanted to get the message across that it’s never too late for you. X’s death was a tragedy but in his death and his life he expressed to us the love that he had for humanity in the selflessness he showed.
