Hey guys absolutely love your videos , especially the Purple People Eater Wild Violet XY build. Im a FORD Man Cammo 👍. Buy a heads up to the owner, the bonnet Hinges should be painted same color as car lads. As well as the coil is fitted to the drivers side at front of engine. And the sills where the chrome moulds go on need to be painted from the center of where the mould trim clips fit down to under the car satin Black like the radiator support. Continue the enjoyable videos of the next few chapters of the XY and looking forward to hearing you guys fire it up , bed in the cam and see the final installations of it running down the street. Hey guys, Heads up on the sill panels. 25 mm down from the door opening need to be paited Satin black. As when the chrome sill strips are fitted they sit in the middle of the two colour changes.

Those x member bolts go straight through the body like u we’re doing but there’s ment to be a lock washer to hold the bolt in place between the x member and the body

You guys are becoming the kings of measure once cut twice! There is a wisdom that comes with age that says Check that things work properly before you install them and if you don’t have the right part/tool wait! This saves time in the end.

The bolts you showed that you were going to use for the crossmember (with a flat bottom and squared off section) looked like front shocker tripod bolts.

Hi Capacity bearings, and hand filled edges on the Syngos and you have a Real Nice gearbox..500HP won't hurt it..

You boys are doing my head in with that grease gun Once you've loaded the cartridge into the cylinder and screwed it together, there should be a tab on the bottom of the cylinder that you press down with your fingers which should release the rod sticking out of the bottom, at the same time whilst holding the tab, push the rod into the cylinder all the way in. This will load up the spring against the grease cartridge. Now start pumping the hand trigger multiple times, the grease should start coming out the tip. Sometimes you can get an airlock when you put in a new cartridge, which you may have to undo a vent screw on the top of the grease gun to get it flowing. Good luck . I hope that helps. By the way... The cross member bolts are a bigger version of the one you had in your hand, there is no plate, just the bolts and the cross member and lock nuts, ( I have just installed my gearbox in my own XW 5 days ago ) the one you had in your hand is for the shocker tower there should be 6 of those ones.

Gt top loaders are raw metal from factory That slave cylinder will leak, when I put mine on with the spacers It didn’t hold pressure just leaked. You see the bleed nipple is different to the feed line.

Use a 12" rigid extension on your grease gun to get the throwout bearing

Moustache! You guys sure made hard work of loading the grease gun 😂. No instructions in the box? Like someone said further down pull the rod right out the bottom and lock it into the notch then everything just falls and screws into place and release the rod. Love your work regardless

I was surprised that you could lift the toploader by yourself as they are incredibly heavy like the TR6060,or is there a difference between the F-truck and the Falcon toploader?
