This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Live Oak Homes. The model for this home is the “Rockport.” This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,280 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I bought the the exact home ….. but I upgraded the shower to a 75’’ , custom entertainment center built by the drywall installers and a custom closet built by CLOSET DESIGN. The drywall designer also let us go to Lowe’s and pick out our own paint (no matter the color) I love it! Not to mention the upgraded exterior lighting and exterior wall plugs

This layout is exact perfection. Especially having kids. Dirty kids coming home and right there washer and dryer and bath is only a few steps away. The living room right out. This person thought about families and it shows. Beautiful! The storage space is top notch. They made use all the sq ft to the best they could. Oh my... out of 10 this is a 20!

get out of the deal while you can mobile homes are not worth buying they dont hold there value after all the fees and such you will have spent over 100 grand for a place that might be worth 10 grand if its in really good shape

@@GeorgiaRidgerunner you are not 100% correct. If you put it in a park, you will constantly be paying for fees. If you put in a park it will lose its value, that I agree with. Where as is if you put it on a fixed foundation and own the land that goes with the property, you’ll be fine.

Before I even watch this, I cannot not ask this question. Why in the world can't they ever make a modular/dw/manufactured home with 2 1/2 baths? (yes I've seen 3 BA's but can't say ever 2 1/2!) This one is nice and roomy, but I'd not want a den like set up at all of the bedroom doors. TV would bother others trying to sleep I would suppose. I'd take part for a walled office space myself and the other for the hallway. That master bath and huge walk in was almost like the one I had except I could enter my W/I from my bath and/or my bedroom. I am currently looking for property in western VA (Appomattox and surrounding area north of Rt 460) and I just may need a new home to put on some land. Over the years watching your channel there are a few favorites and hoping something perfect (or close) will show up here in the near future and available in that area.

LOVE the separated dining room!!! VERY nice! Kitchen is just the right size too! I also LOVE those new style shelves in the pantry with the hooks!!!!! Very nice family room! Big enough for a work desk and a huge flat screen TV on the wall for movie night!!! Nice hallway bathroom! Lots of room. I don't like those ones with no room to turn around in!

Hey Chance!!! You HAVE to do a tour of the Triple Wide at Palm Harbor in Fort Worth/Burleson, TX. I've never seen a house so huge. I promise you it's worth the travel. I don't work for them, but I started watching your videos about 2 years ago and you have me sooo excited to purchase a mobile home!!! Microwave over stove. Sink in front of windows. Like the partitioning between rooms. 5 Drawers in the kitchen! (Until you've experienced NO drawers...). Pantry. Drawers in bathrooms. Good size closets. Floor isn't my favorite, but it's not busy. Room for Christmas 🎄 along with storage for decorations. Dining room is private but not totally closed off. Still can use the island for buffet. Looks like there's room for a freezer? Like the tub. Could be a jacuzzi. (Don't care for those tubs away from the wall, making them hard to clean behind). And I like that the tv doesn't have to be close to the main living areas. Just saying. I really like this house! And once the large deck goes up from the dining room and a warm welcoming porch at the front door, it's definitely a winner. Gets a 5 star from me.*****

Nice home. The non-visible marriage line on the floor was well concealed. The ceiling marriage line, on the other hand was right in your face. I don’t know why they sheetrock the entire home except the closets in the three bedrooms. Thanks for your work. Much appreciated!

Nice size, # of rooms, love that there’s a den! Wish the look of the outside was more like the inside. More like a home, less like a trailer, especially with the prices. Love that closet in the Master Bedroom. There are somethings I would change but that is me. One thing if was buying this home I would request at least 2 draws that hold pots and pans. Also laminate flooring in the whole house. I am not a fan of separate living room and family room and there other things I would change.
