This prefab house has a tile shower and a kitchen bar that sets it off! The manufacturer for this house is Hamilton Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Boston”. We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

I would love to see lower end homes. Most people I know can't afford most of the homes you show. That includes me and my family. You have said in the past that you wanted to show ALL the different homes that are available

That would be a perfect two bedroom two bath minus that very small third bedroom. That way you would have a little bigger living room or room for a kitchen table. Very nice home.

Its not often i first see a home and immediately love it. This is the exception. What a perfectly sweet littte starter home! I can just picture some new couple just starting out, raising their first little baby . Front bedroom for a nursery and the smaller one for an office! Every room just got better and better.

Very nice home :) The beamed ceiling adds cozy warmth without feeling stuffy or claustrophobic. The shower is beautiful too - simple & not overdone with a ton of hardware. Very tasteful.

Yes, of course, show more affordable homes. Even the less expensive homes can always be modified to be more "house-like" over time. We have owned more than one manufactured home and still have 2. I would even vote to see 2nd hand make-overs that could be on the market.

I wouldn't change it at all. I would make that second bedroom (small) into a home office/music room. There is one kind of home that I would like to see though. I don't see any one bedrooms, unless they're "Tiny Homes." Just a suggestion kind sir. As always, stay happy healthy and safe. Enjoy 👍🙏

I like that home, The beams and the shiplap really catch your eye when you walk in. I like the lay out of the kitchen. I love that there's NO carpet. The main bedroom and bath are really nice. Love that tile shower, don't see many in a single wide. Thanks Chance 😊

I liked everything about it with the exception of the poorly placed heater vents. You'd have to stand on one in the master bath to use one of the dual sinks. They should be along the wall or overhead to be practical.

Hey Chance! Good video! Nice house. #1) I'd put a gas fireplace in the Living Room and put the TV above it. #2) That closet in the utility room I'd turn into a small Pantry, for things we use often. Build a garage at that back door and build a storage unit in it and a bigger Pantry and put a freezer in there too. #3) I would have to move the microwave to the corner by the sink. It's too high for me when it's above the stove like that. Looked like a gas cook stove, which is what I want. Don't need a dishwasher so remove it and put in another cabinet or drawers. #4) I'd use bigger guest bedroom as my Library Office Room and the other one as my Music Studio Room, and soundproof the Music Room. As we'll have no guest bedrooms, we'd probably change that bathroom to a half bath. #5) In the Master Bathroom I'd change the tub to a handicapped tub. The shower needs a door and a bench seat. The rest looks okay, even the area around the commode looks like there may be enough room for me. Carpet in the Living Room and Bedroom and a sitting area in the Library only. Porches all around the place to the garage, some enclosed and some just covered. Like I said Chance, good video and nice place. God bless you and your family.

We own our own stick built home and I hope we never ever have to move because moving has got to be one of the most miserable experiences. I hate it. Anyway, the point to my story is I love watching these videos. My 24 year old will swing by, he lives on his own, and we watch the videos together and try and guess on the price and if we'd live in them. It's great fun, and you always make us chuckle. ♡

I really enjoy the single wide homes. I agree with some of the other fans, please more budget friendly homes. Although I do enjoy the "fancy" homes but the budget homes are more in my price.

Chance, I really liked this one,except 4 the registers in the floor. The 1st & smallest bedroom,would be a multi used room 4 me. Coat closet,linen closet,extra pantry,freezer,storage area,desk,etc. The no carpet is Fabulous! I love the floors & master 2 closets & shower. I'm ready 2 move in. I just need some $$$$ & property.

This is an absolutely stunning single wide. I love the size of the shower in the main bedroom and the fact it's tiled. The living/kitchen area is really big, more than I expected. It's lovely, I wouldn't change a thing.

I would love to see the lower end home. I’m sad that they put shelves in the utility room. That is where the water heater should be located. Both closets in the main bedroom are basically useless because of the need to access all the wet areas. The public rooms are great.
