Y & T - Don't wanna lose. This video is a small tribute to 'Phil Kennemore', (b. Oct 20th 1953 ) bassist and songwriter with american hard rock/heavy metal band Y&T formed in Oakland, California in 1974. He played bass guitar with Y & T for a staggering 37 years till his death on 7th January 2011 at the age of only 57 - contributing to 12 studio LP's and 4 Live LP's. Y&T are without doubt the finest 'no frills' heavy rock band ever to grace the planet. I was lucky to see Phil and the lads perfom live on a few occasions, including Donington in 1984. He always delivered... This song was from the stunning 1982 LP - 'Black Tiger'. R.I.P. Phil. I have no copyright on music or photographs.
