Kudos to you guys for doing this. Loved it, all kinds of fun memories there.

Great times!

Saw all the old movies there. Ben Hur, true grit, the blue max, Lawrence of Arabia. I remember when I would get bored with parts of the movie I would stick my head out the back window of the station wagon and look up at the sky and watch the planes lights in the dark sky and wonder as an eight year old does what would happen to me as I got older and I would be living and who I would marry. Now at 70, I know all of this. In the memories will always be there of those times back in the 1950s and 60s.

I recall going here as a young boy in the 90s with my family. Always used to go to the KFC down the way to get some chicken to eat during the movies. Play a biton the play ground, watch the film..and usually by then, a train was going on by andthat was it, lights out for me and my sister as the gentle rumble of wheel on large stone gravel and train tracks clacking sounded out. Brings a tear to my eyes as a 36 year old man now.

Tons of fun at the Y&W drivein with my friends, and then my kids, sitting in chairs fighting off mosquitos in the back of the truck. Good times.

Remembered well. Only drive-in open in region is The 49er in Valpo
