Yacht Home | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build 

I'm into smaller builds lately. So this time I present to you a small modern yacht home for Sulani. It has items only from Island Living expansion pack and The Sims 4 Base Game (no CC/mods). Built on Pier Perfection (30x20) lot in Sulani, but could be placed on most of the beach lots.
This small home on the water is for at most 3 sims. There are two tiny bedrooms, one of which has a single bed and the other a double bed. Although the yacht is small, it has a quite spacious kitchen with views to the ocean and tropical islands. The living room nook has a huge window and one of a kind sofa (both are made with roofs). The upper deck is great for holding small parties, as there's a bar, a stereo, and a couple of sofas and lounge chairs. There's even a treadmill in the corner of the cockpit to keep sims fit.
