List is, yes. However, Boat show pricing and some additional incentives could be a big help. The manufactures and marinas have a lot to offer during shows. I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.

Yes that is correct. I believe both of theirs were of hard top flybridge models with a fixed mast. Having the ability to hydraulically lower the bimini top and radar mast, with the press of a button, is a really nice feature. Especially for those traveling the Great Loop or other areas with low bridge clearances. Hope my video stacks up against those greats. Thank you for watching and commenting!

@@ElevateYacht Oh yes, great tour. Interesting too about the convertible hard-top. Some people get their masts fixed in aftermarket so they can do certain British rivers too.

This is a client owned vessel. I wanted to respect their privacy and did not want to show any of their personal items, which is why I did not open many closets or drawers. Thanks for this wonderful tour. I've been on one of these at the Düsseldorf boat show. Nice boat. The only things to complain are the missing separate dinette and the aft galley which is a matter of taste. Very seaworthy boats.

Hey Capt.Dan .. thanks for the tour of this nice sized Sirena .. the styling is great, but not a fan of Plumb-bows, might be okay for lake sailors on good days. I like bows that can take some big rollers and come out on top instead of submarining. That hydralic mast is a great feature for "Loopers", and upper helm laid out nice. Are those whorping stations on the aft deck? The awesome lower helm has fantastic visibility, love the wrap-around windscreen. Beatiful boat, and great tour Capt.Dan. Thanks for posting up. Hey Glenn! These vessels are CE Category A rated, so they can absolutely handle significant seas. With that said, I get what you’re saying about the bow, she doesn’t have the wide look of a Viking or something like that. There is an option for capstans at the aft and foredeck but not added on this vessel. Thank you for watching and for the great feedback! Cheers

Can this be skippered by a single owner operator and no crew?

This boat can absolutely be handled by a single operator and no crew. The owner of this boat takes is out on his own often. Between the multiple docking stations on the vessel and the variable speed bow and stern thrusters, this vessel is quite easy to handle. Thank you for watching and for your great question!

What's the bridge clearance with the Bimini and mast in the up and down position.

Bimini wouldn’t really matter whether it’s up or down, since the mast is the tallest part of the vessel. With everything folded down, the clearance is about 18’. We clear the 18’7” bridge on the Chicago River with about 6” to spare. With mast up, it’s about 26’8” to top of nav light. Luckily, both bimini and mast are on a hydraulic actuated systems, and a press of a button lowers or raises both so getting below bridges doesn’t slow you down. Great question! This vessel still gets 950nm range at 11kts. It’s nice to have the best of both worlds here. Since she has a semi-displacement hull, you can make great fuel economy in displacement speeds of 11kts or if you needed to speed up and avoid a storm, you’ve got plenty of power as well. Lastly, I like having larger engines if possible to provide more torque for better maneuvers in close quarters. Thank you for watching and commenting! Cheers
