"Yaesu FT 101E" with Mods, talking to "Number 2 in the Corn Field" February 9, 2024. The reason the meter does not function on receive is because the module "PB-1180" is BAD! PB-1180 will be replaced soon.
Some Mods are 10a is lower 40, 10b is upper 40. SSB is now ESSB. Output power is 190 PEP on AM and SSB. The fan only runs when keyed. Painted the trim flat black. Yes it has an AM Filter. Dead key on AM is about 20, and PEP is 190. I'm sure there is more I am forgetting. Yes it's "E" not "EX", had to replace a broken trim.
