I started fasting 3 years ago and yahki Three bitters is no joke. You got to have the right mindset to get threw it ain't easy, but you sure feel lighter when you finish your cleanse. I've never felt so empty but full of light at the end of the fast, out with the old and in with the new, 30 fruit fast
Just ordered mine. Im going to start my juice fast on Monday since I hear the bitters may take a few weeks to process the order then ship. This video makes me feel better about trying them. 🙏🏽😂
You can uses the bitters 9 times for the most part. The time it takes to cleanse your body varies for everyone. There are plenty different things you can do to cleanse. Raw diet, fasting, bitters, duck flower , different herbs etc. Just gotta see what things work best for you.
Honestly it all depends on what you like to eat. I would just say be prepared to spend more lol than what you do now . I like to balance out the cost with fasting and only eating one meal a day.
I was eating mostly raw (really just fruits) damn near for a month and fell off a couple days ago 🤦🏽♀️😭. This my sign to back on track. I think I wanna try the bitters. I’m just scared… I might throw them up 🤣.

It took about two months tbh. I just ordered more and they just got here after about 2months too. So i thinks that’s about the average time for them to come in.
Honestly im not sure, i haven’t tried it cold or with coconut water. But you’ll do better washing it down with the coconut water because of how strong the bitters are.

@@DashawnTheTruth question, 3bitters says it activates the colon so during your fast.. did your digestive and colon shut down? I would assume it would work better if we ingested food?
