The second day of the bitters was actually the first 24 hours. You need time to get organized and bake the bitters as you did on day one. That bitter number 3 like to have taken me down!!!! YUK!!!! bitter it is. I am going 3 days only.
I’m with you mama! I just started my bitters last night and boy oh boy I keep heading to the toilet. Last night I realized if I brush my teeth right after it removes the taste from your mouth. 😊

I started last night... chileeee that bitterness triggered my esophagus/stomach Sumn terrible. Projectile vomit errywhere. I managed to get the two cups down, but 3.... 🤮 all over again. Now. This morning. I decided to try again, empty stomach finished number 3, no problem!! It gets better!!
On Day 7 taking a break for 2 days eating reg vegan meals starting back tomorrow. I lost 20lbs first week so im getting some meals in to not lose so much

I wonder if sniffing coffee beans will help you get past the uneasiess of the dreadful smell!? I have my packs and have my put it off all summer but i am due to do it. Did it. Not that bad!

Is this the level 3 system? If so this is the one I have to get. I’m a truck driver. I don’t know if I can take it and be on the truck. I might have to stop working for a few months.
