in Malta they still use the numbered days. They don't use day names. I have a question: why did Yahuah not reset the count for the 7th day Shabbat on day 4 when He created sun, moon and stars? Why did He continue the count to day 7 for the weekly Shabbat? I understand that the moon is for the beginning of months. The moon has phases for all days. That surely means something. The issue is the 7th day Shabbat that is separated from everything else. It's a continuous count since the beginning. Yes march 20th is the solar year and the 1st new moonth closest to the 20 th March is true new year,every 3 years you are required to add the forgotten 13th moonth .12 hours in a day 12 hours in night depending on the season but sunrise is beginning of Shabbat day and sunset is end of shabbat. Mikkal Shabbat has all the scriptures and formats he'll email you to help you count your days. He does have Yahusha as Yashshua and that is error but he's on point about the creation calendar.

Brother my standing problem with the Lunar Sabbath is the feast of Shavuot. As I'm sure you're well aware Leviticus 23:15-16 and Deuteronomy 16:9-10 speak of how we are to count off seven weeks from the day after the Sabbath and this will amount to 50 days. I'm afraid that resetting the Sabbath every New Moon does not allow for this to happen. Absolutely the Moon is our Calendar from Yahuah to know the appointed times and Feast days but the sun shows us the makings of each day and helps us count to the Sabbath which is the 7th day called by the Pagans: Saturday. Please show me in scripture a remedy for this situation and a time in scripture that mentions using the New Moon to reset the daily count for Sabbath. With love, Aaron.

Just day. Light is day. Dark is night. Yahuah doesn't use mans measurements of a day being 24 hours. So Shabbat isn't 24hrs. Its during light. Day. Night has 3 watches and is completely different scripturally. Yahuah always does everything with light. No dark. No shadows. No variation. He is the Father of Lights. So Shabbat is just during light hours. Sun rise to sun fall.
The count for the week start the day after the day of the new moon so the first shabbat would be on the eight day of the month however it would be the seventh day of the week. Hope this help.

The Sabbath for some mystery reason keep falling on the same day of the week for months on end during that time. It proves that the Sabbath happens on a particular day of the week for every week if every year. It does not vary and therefore the "Lunar Sabbath" is a falsehood.
