HI Simon! This is Nicky (your cousin from Ontario- not sure if you remember me!). I'd love to connect as we're planning on making a trip West in August. Do you have Insta? I love your videos!!! So much talent and so fun to watch.
Always amazed to see how at home aeris looks in the mountains. Fun little video! I also really enjoyed the glidercam...is that a 360 cam? If there was a way to get that last wiggle and shimmy sorted it would be even more amazing!!
She crushes! Even in the heat that day. That's just an old Hero5 with a magnet attachment. I think if I shot in 1080p and used the hyper smooth it would take a lot of that shake out.
Huge fan of your videos man, some of them I’ve watched dozens of times! Been dreaming off of markhor and yak, which weather apps have you found that are most accurate for flying on the coq? Much appreciated!
That's awesome! Really cool to hear that. I generally monitor the pressure isolines on Windy using the ECMWF model in combination with the RASP table.. and the windgram for a vertical slice. It's a tight little valley so it's good to be aware of that venturi effect if there happens to be wind in the forecast. But if you hit on a primo post frontal day or a stable high pressure it's pretty superb.
