Maybe? I have no idea how Nozomi Nagumo sounds as Noa Amon in RGGO. A voice comparison could maybe give an answer.

she does, same VA. Currently not credited for Y5, only RGG Online. (Noa Amon displays her VA on the game wiki, but not vice versa) She has no major stakes career, although the potential is there..

I guess you could also say it's... _so much more_ than Haruka's version.
