This guy's basically the Jingweon's version of Jo Amon. He keeps on returning, has god-tier moves, and has a banger theme song. Only thing that keeps him from being a true Amon is the lack of shades. And... you know... an orbital laser.
i like to think that he's some how related to the Amon clan as the mission objective in this part even says "What organisation is this guy?" insinuating he's not just Jingwoon. Also confirming it's the same guy every time. fun fact we're not even done with him after this...
Actually his entire moveset is Andre Richardson's from Yakuza 3, and might have a couple more added moves to it. But god damn that knife boot is a bitch.
