This track was destroyed by the Tamil Tigers and now been reconstructed Under the financial assistance by the Indian government.The railway stations were built by the Sri Lanka Railways with the financial sacrifices made by the Sinhalese school children and the public in the south.We should show our tribute to them. Any way it is a great leap.

Actually, this project could be done 1/3 price without any support from the Indian Government. The SLR and CECB had done all design and initiated the project. But the Indian government and Rajapaksha Government ......
