Yamaha AN200 Repair Part1 

Finally, what I'm really looking for. Thanks! I absolutely LOVE the AN200 and mine is getting a little long in the tooth. I'm sure I'll eventually have to buy new or replace my old one and it's interesting that I'd rather spend $500 on one of these than anything currently being made.

had this problem after storage, deoxit and working it improved to the point of usability, i own both, AN/DX 200 , and i would also like the other loopfactory unit su200 while open, check any all caps for leaks, lightly clean the carbon pads, and replace the tape with kapton tape (not entirely necessary) , since some of these usnits may have been used in a location that contain drinks, make sure there is no gunk in these knobs and general light cleaning. im actualy looking into modding them as 1 unit.

Man thank you so much for making this video. I just got the an200 in great condition, but at some point I imagine I'll have to replace it! I have to track down the part and I'll probably need to get someone's help to do this but at least there's a guide now!

I've replaced mine once, and it's broken again. Worked for a few weeks only. I have the same issue with one encoder on my An1x, which I have repaired twice already: that seems to be a software / board issue.

is there a chance that you could share a link to buy the encoder?

I've been looking for the encoder. Could you post a link to find and buy an encoder please.

yea , the yamaha a series samplers have the same problem . Having a A4000 here , encoders suck big time .
