+mohd uzair The chain will undergo minor deflection with every rotation which on the whole will translate to increased link length.....so your chain will be a little longer after running a few hundred kilometres than what you started with....this is why the chain frequently gets loose.....it may also be due to loose chain tensioner....

No i haven't.....but mostly replacing the floats or tuning the position of floats should solve your issue....also have a look at the float valve

You can still use the old washer if you don't have a new one....check for leaks though....it mostly works....use a copper washer if you are replacing new ones....something thats malleable

each & every segment I did my research .the answer is yes we loose oil but not much we should keep bowl and reuse the oil which comes out from filter

Contrary to popular belief what i did was the right approach....also may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer...check your owners manual for the right approach to your vehicle

@@dudesandtools what u did was wrong. The manual clearly says that the cap shouldn't be screwed tight to check the oil level. Just put it for few seconds and take it out.

u dont change with existing 153 c c cylinder,that will leads to poor thermal efficiency........

Oil filter for FZ-S has to be changed once every 10,000 km according to manual as a minimum. Nothing will happen. If you want you can change every 5000 km. No problem with it.
