Sir im having an issue when there is low petrol in bike .... like not on reserve but low petrol then with respect to gear if I accelerate more bike loses its rpm for fraction of seconds ...... is it normal or should i check it from service center this happens with every gear if i rev more but if i change gears frequently with there respected rpm then it doesn't happen ..... Im confused

It is normal no need to worry

👍, if we change sprocket size what will be the impact on performance, I seen in one of the vdo that he installed lower size sprocket for more top speed & engine smoothness, is it correct?

@@sohebb1234 smaller sprocket size mean less torque delivery but high end is improved at last gears.

@@josephstalin9481 i would prefer hunter because I prefer comfortable, easy to ride motorcycles, and its retro looks are pretty cool too.. but if i wanted a fast and more thrilling motorcycle which i can also use as commuter then i would have preferred fz25.. it's really not an easy decision for me

Hey, I am still using stock Yamaha engine oil. Planning to use motul 7100 10w40. Did you use any engine oil flush before changing the engine oil brand. What changes did you notice after changing to Motul and how many KMS does it last?

@@ronymathew3272 yes, i did use a liqui moly engine flusher. Before making transition from stock to aftermarket. I've made this transition at approx 7000Km. And since then I'm using it till this day. I've noticed significant amount of change like Changed engine sound, no rattling sound, no False neutral. smoother gear shifts, and Engine grunt has also changed like engine wants to rev. It's effective in hot climate condition and if your bike gets hot abnormally. I've tried different brands in Between the transition including Yamaha Sporty premium, liqui moly etc but none worked like motul 71000 20W50 (1.5 liters ). For me it lasts 10000KMs, i travel on regular basis, daily distance of 100km up and down, with crusing speed of 100-120. ( Oil duration depends Upon climate condition and style of riding). Hope this helps you

Yes right choice. If your height is less than 6 feet, I suggest do consider handle bar risers. It will make your life much much easier and fun riding the bike. I got mine in March 22

Do u change oil filter with the oil every 2.5k kms, which is ideally recommended. But have u tried just cleaning the oil filter at 2.5 with petrol & changing it at 5k. Cost of oil filter is suprisingly high, in my RE Him it costs rs70-80. Unless the filter is damaged, am sure can be used till 5k at least.

Currently fz25 is missing Bluetooth connectivity so if you have any information that when it is comming then wait for sometime 😇

Wait, Fz25 has lot of problems which need to be updated, also if u wait Yamaha ll change the ins cluster amd might give slipper clutch as fz clustch is very hard

Dear...mene last me oil ki problem batai thi..fz25 ki problem nahi hai usme. And regarding improvements, yamaha still providing the same engine oil so many of the fz25 owners are using motul or liquimolly to solve the problem

Yes dear I know sabse badi problem 6th gear hai but mene last me use islie ni bola qki wo ek known problem hai jiska har kisi ko pata hoga and additional gear lagane k baad is bike ka initial torque definatly kum ho jaega, price increase hogi islie yaha mene un problems par focus kia hai jo solve ho sakti h easily still company unhe solve ni kar rahi hai😇 And yes ek furustation ati h jab itni powerful bike 150 ki speed par ni ja pati😑

Jin logoko speed se pyaar hai unko track pe bike chalani chahiye. Road ko track na samjhe toh accha hai. Those people should opt for KTM RC series, Kawasaki Ninza, Yamaha R3,R6, Honda CBR 650 & if you are very rich then Hayabusa or Ducati.

@@lonewanderer2982 that's not an issue per se, it's the characteristic of this motor. comes from a rattly xt250. mine had a low rattle, currently on yamalube. but bike does need a valve clearance. btw text me over instagram if u can. same name. will add u to fz25 owners group if interested 😉
