Hello Dhanil I'm riding FZ25 for 4 years I would say it's a awesome bike I mainly ride it in the city The torq it provides is sufficient and the braking is also good Rear brakes are only for slowing the bike and front has all the responsibility to stop the beast It has a sharp edgy and stylish look The exhaust is base heavy It looks like a Batman's bike It provides 34 to 36 kmpl in the city And 42 kmpl I got in highway I think before buying any bike One needs to give test rides to choose the right bike for him Even after 4 years, I don't feel any lag in the pulling power and it sounds the same It's a stable bike it gives confidence while overtaking, cornering or braking And sitting is upright Pillion seat is also good It has female pillion footrest where women can seat in saree facing one side The bike is not much heavy, easy to manage in bumper to bumper traffic or while parking That's all from my end Take care n stay safe Regards Pourjok
Actually, you have asked at the end of the video that if anyone is the owner of any one of them, to mention it in comments. While mentioning it, l mentioned few more things about my experience with Torq (I named my FZ25). Just shared my experience with you. Hope you won't mind. Take care. Pourjok
@@DhanilVira Your reply to him sounds rude to me, probably he wanted to share his experience, and probably he did it best in his own way, but you on the other hand🙄
Love this bike too....been a fz fan always but I went for the d250 for obvious reasons. It's better to wait and increase ur budget....n get a better bike.
Fz25 is underrated One should ride every bike before buying Fz25 may be behind on paper specs but it's a beast The torque you feel on low revs , touches your soul The beat of the engine soothes your ears Dominar is also a beast but I love fz25 more Please take a test ride You will be in love
Been a proud owner of the fz25 for 4 years now, completely satisfied. Have done a lot of long distance touring on it as well, longest was leh .. 4000kms back and forth from kota rajasthan. Amazing refinement and reliability, the only issue was the headlight which has been solved by this new version of fz25. I don't know about the other two but if you are coming from a lower capacity bike then the fz25 will never disappoint you, period.
Hello brother .. I'm a beginner, and I ride activa scooty ... Now I want to buy a bike , and I loke the fz25 bs6 .... It will be a good choice or not?? Have you ever feel gear shifting issue on this bike ?? Ans 2 valve hone ki waja se koi problem to nhi ati ??
@@mahakalkabhakt8974 its an amazing choice if you want to do touring, you can easily do it at an constant speed of 100-110kmph. Just keep in mind that the break pads need to be changed constantly after every odd 5000-7000kms and it'll give you an average of 35-38kmpl and if you go crazy on it then it might give you 32 as well.
Bhai, I had earlier fzsfiv2 n currently ride unicorn150. I am looking bykes for long highway rides. Can I ride 500-600kms in 1 day.. in fzs25 aaram se ?
Dominar 250.. Engine oil motul 7100 10w to 50w.. Milage 30+, top speed 140+, vibration low rpm but high rpm no vibration, design top class... Cons only weight 180 kg..
Being an owner of Yamaha FZ25 for the last 2 years I have to say that this bike is just AMAZING! It has everything that you'd want in a 250cc motorbike except the dash and the lack of 6th gear. But it's not a deal breaker. The fact that all cons are outweighed by the goodness of the bike is just amazing. -- Honest words from a MotoVlogger from Bangalore. PEACE!
I have Yamaha FZ 25 for the past two and a half years and I can say definitely it's a worthy bike and as you are saying that it is hard to maintain well it's not true and why I am saying this because I just replaced my clutch Lever and which cost me just 135 rupees, it's air filter Just Cost 250 rupees and its clutch wire cost 160 rupees, pair of drivers mirror cost 450₹, oil cost 820₹ which is less than many of 200cc bikes now a days...nice video
I own a gixxer but its 155 cc variant.. I can say that this bike is the best 155 cc bike according to my necessities.. Great handling, braking, cornering, flicking around in the traffic, light weight, great low end pick up and also very much stable at high speeds, it remains perfectly stable even at 90-100 kmph, considering the engine displacement and the bike's weight. The mileage of this bike is also good considering the power. But yah the service and the parts availability is not upto the mark..
Looks is personal choice,, but Gixxer 250 best in all aspects,, light weight great handling, best mileage, performance,, instant pickup ,, top speed 155 easy going without any sluggish behaviour... Mileage 35 in city n 43 in highway..
I own gixxer 250 since last 8 months, and my overall experience is good. Bike is reliable comfort to drive on streets and highways. Handling is good and touchwood after-seal response is also nice. I give a big 👍🏻 to gixxer if any one is planning to buy one just go for it.
In terms of mileage dominar provides more than 30kms,I own a dominar and I get a average mileage of 33-32(2nd service not done yet)and surely after the 2nd service I will gain more. And most importantly it depends on how we ride😊
Milage Comfort Looks Grip Low maintenance cost Long lasting Recell value Engine smoothness Excellent service & finally Confidence Ye sub sirf Yamaha hi de sakta hai. Pichle 12 saal se sirf Yamaha ka fz series use kar raha hu mai. As a customer mujhe Yamaha se koi shikayat nahi.
I bought FZ 25 bs6 version on August 2020 Cons: 1. My comfort cruising speed is 90so 5th gear is okay but 6th would have made it smoother, 2. Rust issue found in smaller parts, 3. After 13k km i got chain noise, though I maintain it very carefully. Pros: 1. Good for long rides, 2. Got 46.7 km/l, 3. Easy to use bike, 4. Smooth engine. 5. Lightweight so can handle it very easily. 6. Luggage carrying capacity is pretty good.
Equity FZ 25 BS6, I achieve 42 Kmpl on Nasik Dhule Highway almost on regular basis. Speed Range 60 - 70 kmph. With Speeds of 80- 100 kmph occasionally i get 38-39 kmpl. Top speed ride 100-140 kmph gives 33- 34 Kmpl All readings on the same Nashik Dhule Highway.
Bought fzs25 in September last year. Just damn happy with my decision. Quite flickable in city traffic, getting good mileage and complete peace of mind.
Havent ridden at 120 till date but was stable and vibration free when rode at 85kmph for a short distance.will take it out on highways for a longer ride after the lockdown ends.
Gixxer 250 naked costs above 2 lakh in Kerala. Compared to FZ 25, it has better power, better quality plastic for the body parts, better tyres, powerful headlight, 6th gear, better instrument console, amazing tyres, sharper brakes and better suspension. But am still going for FZ 25 as the bike fits my budget and it would be perfect for me coming from a 125cc bike. Also, the suzuki service center in my city has been consistently poor for the past 10 years.
Headlight more or less the same, but the brakes are wayyyyy better on the yamaha, they just stop the bike instantly. The suzuki has better braking feel though.
Just bought fz25 and gonna say its the best bike in this segment power to weight ratio is the best thing about this bike and the exhaust note is soooo sweet✔️
@@nishanttanwar431 It's good, riding posture is very comfortable even through it has clip-on handlebars. I rode around 600 kms in a day from Bangalore to Kochi with only two stops for lunch and tea. Only thing is you need to have extra cushion for the seat since it's hard. You cannot ride comfortably for more than 3 hours on that hard seat. That's the only draw back I see. Recently I had been to Goa from Kochi and it was a good experience indeed. You will never feel that it's lagging that puch for overtaking. If you drive solo then this is great for touring. Not with pillion.
Dhanil bhai, jo fzs25 k hand gard in case toot jay to kya yamaha wale dusare same hand gard de sakte he? Ya fir dusare lagvane pade ge.. Wese hand gard k bina gadi ka look achha nai lagta..
FZ25 is heavily underrated, probably because of lack of promotion by Yamaha themselves. Recently they came out with campaign video "call of the blue" and FZ25 was not there in the entire 4-5 mins video. I dont know why they are being so irresponsible. As an owner of the new FZs25 (white) FI version for the last 1.5 years, I can vouch for how amazing that bike is. Don't go by the specs on paper. What matters is at what RPM you get the power and not just the Max power at the max RPM. The only bikes that beat me on the city roads are the KTM 390s. Went neck to neck with a KTM 250 till 120kmph after which it overtook me. And the stability of the bike when you ride in the city through water filled potholes and loose gravel is just flawless. Just do a test drive before you buy.
I own fz 25. I have driven bike for 1016 kms in a single stretch. In 4th gare it can do 105 kmph. 5th gare lacks power. Great confidence in overtaking. I cruised around 110-120 kmph and got 28-30 mileage. Got 47 in 60-70 kmph. Overall good.
I had fzs 25 for only 6 months. Was a great bike in terms of city ride but mrf tyres wasn't that great on soft gravel on the road. So was risky in some sections of the city. So now I have Honda CB 350 rs which feels lot more grip than the fzs 25. But cb350 lacks initial acceleration like fzs25. However for cruising and sometimes fast riding cb350 rs turns out better than Yamaha fzs 25
@@Nikhil7-m7h I meant in terms of stability dude. But top speed both are similar. On the long run CB may catch upto fz25. Acceleration wise fz 25 is king
To sum it up: Dominar 250 Owners: Dominar 250 is the best.. It has never disappointed me. Yamaha FZ25 owners: FZ25 is the best. It has never disappointed me. Gixxer 250 owners: Gixxer 250 is the best. It has never disappointed me.... 😁😁😁😁😁😁
I'm new to this segment as I owned 100cc bike previously. Should I buy a 150cc bike or should I go for 250cc. I'm concerned that 250cc bike might feel heavy handle during city traffic. What's your take?
Bro, I've to select a bike for long ride, atleast twice a year. Plz suggest how much CC (minimum) should I go for ?...150cc/200cc/250cc/400cc/500cc....?
i have gixxer sf 250. when rididing it on highways in 80-95kmph it gives 38-39kmpl. and riding it above 110 it gives 32kmpl. this is the best 250cc engine with best mileage. 12ltrs is not a smaal tank.
@@brawny2719 obviously. It's a single cylinder bro. Every single cylinder bike will give vibrations. Although bike is butter smooth at 6th gear 6k rpm bike goes around. But above that, vibration kicks in. 85-90...
Sabse kharaab baat toh yeh lagi mujhe ki Dominar 250 mein purane wali D400(2017) wala hi instrument cluster diya hai. D250 mein D400 ka meter diya ja sakta tha kiyuki gear positioning indicator Dominar 400 ke tank aur main display pe bhi milta hai toh koi sense nahi banta ki dono side mein same information dikhana. D250 mere pass bhi hai aur kaafi badiya motorcycle hai. Bass instrument cluster mein hi dikkat lagi.
D250 comes with a 130 segment tyre for a 180kg bike. Gixxer 250 my cousin owns n already recalled. Fz 25 having fun every day proud to own and a winner for me. Gixxer 250 heats more den "aircooled" fz 25. Fz 25 is air and oil coooled both. Watch my videos covering both gixxer 250 n fz 25 owners point of view. ✌️
@@MotoZoh powerless is not the right word but it's lacks the power to be called as 250cc bike when compared to the Gixxer and the domi. Think about it. why would you go for fz if you can buy a better perfoming in a similar price point.
@@Randomvideosiii its all about riding preferences, comfort, utility and ergonomics too. Such as the gixxer is fun to ride but i felt bike is small for me.
@@MotoZoh that's because Gixxer has always been a compact built bike mainly for city commutes with occasional long runs. Every person should have a clear mindset on which bike suits their needs best.
Even though my family has always bought Bajaj, and I myself have Pulsar 135LS, I still went for Gixxer 250, I don't have to tour, and Dominar is just too heavy for anything but straight line. Gixxer felt better as a package, and I did small rides 100-120kms, Gixxer felt good at maintaining 95-100kmph, and its not too cramped for me (6'1). Better overall package is Gixxer, does everything right. And Dominar 250 has the looks from the big boy D400, but the skinny tyres are immediate give away that it is 250, not 400.
@@aniketkharade5163 Yeah man, I have fun with Gixxer, but I still love and have my Pulsar, first bike attachment. Plan to keep it with me forever. I bought mine in 2012. Congratulations on your SF.
After reading most of the Comments My conclusion is FZ25 for City Ride D250 for Highway Ride And Gixxer for Both (but Less overall Performance comparing with others)
Hi, sir my name is ishan,i want to buy a bike in 200-250cc segment and i am very confused in these three ns200 apache 200 and the fz25s , i want a bike with long life engine and have a goid cruising speed on highway , sir plzz give me a great suggestion , which of the bike is good for me......
I'm using the fz25 bs4 2018 model and I must say ..it is almost 3.2 years and acceleration and smoothness is same as it was in 2018 ..I bought this bike bike for touring , miledge and this bike perfectly fits it in .I cruise it between 95 to 110 because it's midrange is very strong ..one thing lacks is the top end but I think nobody going to touch the top-end daily .Those who are saying that it is only 20 bhp .. Please take a test ride of it .the on paper power and the test ride will surely make a huge difference.
Thats the beauty of low compression air/oil cooled bikes they dont suffer much power drop over time take any ktm/pulsar/husqavarna after 4-5 years it wont even give 80% of its orignal performance
currently having this engine heat issue or is it a normal thing for dominar 250 ? been around 4000 km on the bike . Normally the bike engine feels like a space heater . They say the rad fans turns on at 90" degrees of temp but it rarely turns on seems like the bike temp likes to hang around 70 -80 degrees , which is uncomfortable . Might try Motul engine oil next time
@@rearrange8319 in Bangalore road tax + insurance will cost around 48 thousands.. may be that amount is less in other states.. Many of us don't realise this, Karnataka is expensive state... ಮಂಗಾ ಮಾಡ್ತಾರೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ
Hi, Nice explanation keep it up👍... I have 2 doubts 1.) Why Yamaha price drop 2.) I'm planning to buy FZS 25 Yamaha bike, seeing your explanation by end of this year. just to know it's only limited edition or we can buy by next year tooo. Please advise...
I had a dominar 400 which I sold as it was heavy and not easy to maneuver in city traffic. I'm 50 plus years of age so which would be the best for me in this segment.
Gixxer me koi vibrations nahin h i rode up to 146 kmph,, so easy to ride, mileage 40-43,,, quality is very good Looks is average or subjective matter I like dominor look
Yes Suzuki messed up with the looks only, dominor easily has better road presence, everyone will look at dominor for 2sec, Gixxer very avg for 250cc infact no difference between 150 and 250 Gixer in looks, that's y many skip this bike
From what I heard from everyone else is that dominar 250 has very smooth engine. No vibration till 110km/hr... Here it says there's a lot vibration... Which one is true, can anyone dominar 250 rider comment on that plz.
