I just bought an old one last month I got it to start but it's shuts down and the sparkplug is black and wet I can't figure it out I'll get it to run one day. I always loved jog as a kid and now I finally bought one.
Love the build looks clean. Do you Have any pictures of the tailight wire adapters trying to do one on mine and having some trouble!!! Thanks a lot !!!
Ahhh thanks mate I’ve ordered some from Hungary which I’m waiting for (artistic jog originals with my colour choice).. ill have to remember for next time now, appreciate that. 👍
@@retrosmoke thanks for responding. I have a 1993 Yamaha Jog Artistic Spec. The kick start got hooked under the kickstand and ground the motor like a grinder. So I have to at least rebuild the motor if not refurbish the whole thing while I am at it. Any pointers especially about where to get parts would be much appreciated.
@@christopherdaly1399 fair play mate what I try and do is search ebay for spare parts, if your stuck on part numbers etc take a look on fowlersparts where you can see diagrams and part numbers of everything for your specific model.. or partzilla is another good one I use. Hope this helps cheers
Wow!!!..... That's one very cool looking scooter 👌👌👌.....You've done a Cracking job on it, just wondered what kind of money it costs painting the panel's etc? Love that colour scheme 👍👍👍
Hi mate thanks much appreciated. The plastics were done professionally by a local company that prepped and spray them along with powder coating all of the metal works and high temp painting the exhaust in silver (which I resprayed black!) - total cost was £180 which was a bargain IMO 👍
