Yamaha have always produced great quality guitars rivalling guitars of twice their price, in my opinion. This is one of the higher-end models and has been modified with non-original pickups, rewired electrics (no tone-control and a coil-tapped humbucker) The finish is a lovely blue flamed-maple (hence the model number FM) Tones produced are courtesy of a Line 6 HX stomp
