No rear plates make the tail look so aggressive and clean, I’m about to be the proud owner of a R6, swapped my Nissan 180sx project car for one, I’ve never owned a Yamaha but I’ve had a few ZX6R’s and 900s, I went for a test ride on it for the first time and shit it’s a solid bike, throttle response is good for a 600, it’s so smooth and light weight, just rode it around the block to make sure I liked it. The bike is all kitted out, every mod you can think of it has it

I currently own a R3 for 6 months and am in absolute love with it but i recently saw a 2014 R6 for a very good price and this bike has been my dream bike forever. The only issue is i live in HK and I can’t seem to get hold of an indoor paid parking because I don’t want people scratching it in public parking. Really been messing with me because I really don’t want to miss this chance. The bike is in amazing condition for a 2014 and is exactly what i had wanted as a kid. Your bike made me feel so happy. Its the most beautiful bike i have ever seen in my life and i have seen way too many bikes. God bless you man, your energy reminds me of myself, sheeeeesh! Lots of love ❤️🫡

Also quick question, what mic are you using inside your helmet and how do you prevent wind noise? I've been struggling with my audio for a little now.

Just bought an 08 R6, coming from a Ninja 400, and this thing is just phenomenal! Mine already had a full Yoshi exhaust, k&N high flow air filter and an ecu flash. I could flat foot the Ninja on both sides but I’m on the balls of my feet on this one. Crazy thing is this handles and more flickable than the 400. I think it’s cause the ergonomics. It just handles great.

06 R6 was my daily ride. It was also my first bike. No other 600 class bike can compare to the R6. The delta box frame is definitely the best.

If you actively try to squeeze tank with your legs , and put almost all pressure on your feet it will help with your back pain a lot 👍🏼👍🏼 it will also help you control bike better and will be more stable

Your R6 is absolutely gorgeous!! Funny you mention back pain after just 30 minutes of riding! I recently did a trip from Denmark to the Isle of Man with a few buddies, covering about 5,500 km. On the way back, I rode for 15 hours straight, all on the highway, on my R6. And my bike is downgeared and tuned with a full titanium system, so it was screaming at 12k RPM for hours! Obviously, on the pinned sections of the German autobahn, she was on the limiter too. I felt so bad for my bike after that trip, but honestly, my head hurt even more from the constant noise! 😅 Definitely not recommended to do 1,100 km (700 miles) in a day on an R6.

White letters on the tires need to go. Starting to look tacky to me personally. Also all that popping is telling you it needs a tune. Sounds cool but you actually have reduced performance a hair with some of the exhaust mods without changing the fuel map. Get that Power Commander going. Popping on decel and especially accel, sounds cool but screams improper tune to people who really know. Not trying to be negative, just some observations from someone who has road raced R6's in a few race series for years. Love the enthusiasm, be safe.

The r6 is not a city street bike. 90% of your commute should be on the highway or canyon roads. The bike does NOT like to idle and does not like to ride low speeds its is an awful bike to ride in the city from one traffic light to the next. I commute 35 miles one-way on my r6 to work but literally 99% of it stays on the highway so its great and the bike stays happy and im happy. Comfort wise it honestly just depends on the person, is it aggressive ya its a sportbike. But depending on you its can be very manageable. I can ride the r6 for hours and not be anymore tired that I would be on a naked, but thats just me. Maybe as i get older age would play a factor

Own a 2018 white/red/black one. The latest Gen is better looking imo with the daytime running LED's, halogen hid low n high beams n even cleaner rear end.

I ve ridden 2 different r6's for the last 8 yrs.. Great bike best 600 there is no question abt it but I eventually had to buy my dream bike the r1 rn22 and let me tell you everything that the r6 lacks the r1 brings to the table unfortunately here in switzerland we are not able to put full exhaust systems on most 600ccm motorcycles so there goes the sound... and nowadays every idiot wants an r6 and also has one another point why I felt the need to sell mine
