Legal Man a propper back protector built into your jacket is 100x better than any backpack. There are many cases where the backpack is caught in something and twists the neck or shoulders of the rider, or something inside the backpack is being forced into the back of the rider in a crash. Not saying it can't save you, and probably better to have than just a plain old t shirt.. But it is more a hazard at those speeds, than a savior.
+malik 35kw is european rules, for people under the age of 24. If u are 22 and no drivers license, u can get a 35kw edition (8.500 rpm / 48bhp) after 2 years, remove restricted.
