Great video helped me in my removal process. Tio: Electrical grease is an insulator shouldn’t be put on any conductor. Should be put around the plastics to create a seal 👌

As much grease he put on the connector suprised if the gauge will even contact and work properly

Power comes from the ignition switch. Signal comes from the engine.

I was wondering does the hours stay the same when you replace your gauges or do they reset

The hours will stay in the engine control module. The gauge needs to be hooked up to a laptop and program.

I just got a boat with these, mine do not light up with the orange backlight. Anyone know how to turn that on?

Most likely it's a bad light bulb.

@@TheCuban.45 yes I buy today new one. And on new one trim level is on maxiumum. Trimm is not maximum and working normal, but level is all time on full
