Hi Raja, you did not connect the black wire coming from the Multi Switch to any connector. It can be seen hanging at the bottom towards the end of the video. This needs to be connected to any Black (female) cable coming from the wiring harness. Otherwise the horn will not work.

Hi. Thanks for this video. I have a problem with my electricals. Can you help me to fix it?? The charging voltage to battery when I measure it's always around 6volts. I had toomany mods made in the wiring harness so looking at your vidoe I replaced the entire wiring harness. So now removed the odds of having a problem in the wiring harness. Measured the coild voltage near the CDI unit here it's 12 Volts ... I'm yet to check what's happening at the rectifier connector Any suggestions here pls to fix this issue???

Hi Raja, I believe you may have made a mistake in connecting the Red wire/cable to the LED as the Red wire/cable is coming directly from the Battery and will always have power/current. You have mistaken the Red wire to the Brown wire, which is actually the cable coming from the main switch and will have the power once you switch the ignition on. Please clarify and let us know.
no my friend thats correct ... if you are going to connect the red wire to the ignition switch's wire then its red wire only and not brown (IF you are going to alter this to main wiring harness then your case is true.) Usually we dont disturb main wiring harness for modification. so in my case where i alter section of ignition switch's wire, it is the way i have shown.
