i remember the first time I went snowmobiling with my dad me: hey dad, this is a really oddly flat field I kinda like it dad: thats because we're on a lake me: oh sweet jesus.
I had a friend from South to visit me, we where out snowmobiling through the woods and over SOME LAKES and up on the mountain and having a great day. Later that night we talked about going out on the lake to is fish next day, she screams: "NO I'AM NOT GOING OUT WALKING ON SOME ICE"... She looked at me with a glance when I was telling here that we have been riding on several lakes several times to day, "no we have NOT, it was a field!" It was hilarious when she understood that I did't joke 😂
Know your lake, it's all there is to it, i grew up going to a cabin near a lake, we drill the ice to measure it, once it has like a foot of solid ice i have 0 fear going anywhere on it
And they say no one wants a big heavy yammie turbo in the powder. This is awesome. That's how I feel when I am running down the trails with my viper turbo. 2 strokes have nothing. I hit the lakes they run and hide any 800 or 850 whatever brand.
Every year in the autumn I watch this over and over and over... It's a badass sled with a badass rider who hauling ass!🤘 And the sound....💕 And the Snow...💕 Just simply perfect! 👍 Can't wait to take a ride on My Nytro mcx270!
That was awesome. You hit a bunch of virgin powder and that is something I will always remind me of why I should not live in Florida. Cool sled too, I like the intake placement, kind of ballsy but It does look badass
Man I want a sled again. I sold mine a few years back because here in MN we had to many winters that sucked for snow fall and now the last two have been great.
Chris Delmege na, you actually end up breaking a sweat from handling the sled. I've had my sweat freeze on my eyebrows before. haha. you're dressed properly for it. although, after sweating, the calm ride home can be miserable.
Tas Sunvang, that is an incredible video. not many people use a turbo viper for that. You must be a smaller guy to hang on to it for long periods like that...They're exhausting to hang on to when they're tailstanding.
Don't know JS about snowmobiles but must tiring riding with the ski always in the air. Buddy: Where did you ride today? You: Not sure all i saw was ski and Sky but it was 270hp fun though.
This is in south Of Norway in Europe. There could be some lynx in the area, but chances are small that the tracks are from lynx. This is to high up in the mountains, and to little trees for them, they like to to be lower in the mountains in the tighter trees during winter time.
I Wonder what those tracks could be than, they looked pretty big in your video. Thanks for replying.

Hi! I'm thinking about buying Viper with MCX270 kit. I'm little bit concerned about reliability on these things. Are these sleds good? Do they work? What sort of trouble should I be ready? I have read many Yamaha forums and haven't seen any engine blow ups so these should manage 270hp? What kind of maintenance I should do with these kind of sleds and how often?
I am25 now and I can recall my ma all pissed cause she thought it was my old man pounding the throttle n he said that was him n she lost it big time I was 7......but I'm a very skilled rider now so thanks dad
