hey, nice conversion ! I did the same on my 535, is it normal for the front cylinder to fire less than the rear one ? it's kind of the same for me. Have a nice day guys !
No it’s not normal at all, a single carb conversion on this is quite problematic. Fuelling and jetting is an issue with a v twin air cooled engine, the front runs cooler, and needs a leaner mix than the rear, but doesn’t get it so it’s lumpy, but essentially with everything else on the machine ok, it shouldn’t misfire.
