Cant thank you enough for this video!! 1 question, Was it possible to insert motor into hull with carbs and muffler attached?? instructions made me remove all the "attachments" prior to removing motor. would be ALOT easier if i re attached everything prior to putting back in hull. THANKS AGAIN FOR VIDEOS!!!!
Thanks for watching. If you put the motor in through the front of the hull where the gas tank is you should be able to put everything back on the motor including the carb except for the last piece of the muffler that i left off.
Hey man love the videos I just used it to rebuild my 1100. Do you know how I can test my oil injection system to make sure it's functioning for all the cylinders?
You can turn the engine over on the starter without the spark plugs in. The pump runs off the crankshaft so it should start pumping. I deleted my oil injection pump, much safer route in my opinion.
This jetski had about 250 hours on it when I pulled the motor to put it in another hull. I saw some scoring on the pistons and I knew my oil injection pump broke so I decided to rebuild it. Thanks for watching.
